I wouldn't go buying the deli hot meals in the evenings.yuck.should just be thrown out! Staff seem to think it's ok to socialise, swearing and be di**heads around the customers too.also anything marked down.some things really should be discarded, not reduced! Off food.

Quite literally never have anything they are meant to have! There pre made sandwiches are awfully over priced considering they are ALWAYS stale and it's not even halfway through the day yet as well as the fact that they haven't had sushi for weeks now, half the specials they advertise aren't even available.

Staff having their own gathering in the juice aisle, swearing around customers.not very appropriate behaviour.half the staff must be about 15 years old with their snooty moods too.not somewhere I'd regularly visit.

Great prices and range of products. Staff available to help anytime and are knowledgeable.

First time and last time shopper though I would try my local IGA
No customer service skills at all the girl behind the register had no personality, no "Hi how are you today" no telling me the amount I owed They say to shop local, might as well serve myself at Coles or woolies

Be careful, they let people in without masks. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR from a big supermarket chain.

I like kangarooflat IGA because they have alot of health products I cant get anywhere else @ they have cheap roast packs and alot of ready made meals and platters made up and fruit platters! I usually go to IGA in eaglehawk too because there fruit and vegies are locally grown and really fresh also maiden gully IGA have fresh vegies too! Especially if your vegatarian or vegan they have a good range of health foods too!

Cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful staff who, today, helped me understand how to use my phone for QR code scanning. Wonderful generous women. It's always a joy to shop at IGA but today was a very special experience. Thankyou so much.

Staff here are always friendly, great variety of products. Store is always very clean and plenty of parking available.

Having to do home delivery at moment in lock down as lam in age group and my grandson type l diebect, the young man who finalize payment couldn't be more helpful, and delivery driver is so sweet, thankyou for your professional approach

One of the great places to shop in Bendigo. Great Australian products. Customer service at its height but when crowded, probably they are unable to reach out to all and that could be the reason for some negative comments. I always had a refreshing shopping down there. Highly recommended.

I had my 7 month old daughter with me who needs to be in a pram.
Well at the checkout served by the manager after I have paid for my groceries he accused me of stealing and asked to see what’s under my daughters pram. I have just came off the Vline from Melbourne. NEVER GOING BACK!

Had the worst customer service today, i rang the manager to advise him/her to talk to about the aggressive and unfriendly cashier, only to be past off to another inexperienced person. Won't be shopping at this store again if they have such disregard for their customers.

Just bought a Chicken dinner. Disgusting.dry, old and I asked for extra pumpkin. Didn't get it.and only got one potato. These should be reduced if been sitting for hours! I'm about to make a complaint. Staff in their own world's or just too busy yapping to each other. Lazy.

Im logging this review to say that im not all that happy with iga as when you pick something of the self when on special like rice bubbles 705g at 3.49 down from 7.00 and they dont ask you if you have a members card they just charge you the full price as you used to get asked for a members card but dont now as its another way for iga ripping off the customer please fix the problem thanks

Actually have express lanes that are staffed and work. A very good IGA, meat range looked good as well.
