Champions IGA Bacchus Marsh reviews
37Most items I was looking for were reduced or on special. Staff always friendly and helpful.
I was quite upset with the lack of customer service I received tonight. I was going through the checkout when one of the workers who has purple hair (wasn’t able to catch her name) was very short and quite rude towards me. A bit disappointing as I’m a customer who regularly shops there and haven’t enjoyed this particular experience.
Some of the staff are really unprofessional and maybe pack your stuff yourself, prices are probably the highest in Australia.idependant.yep
I was there early in the morning and I only grabbed a drink but from what I can tell they do pretty well in there
Went though here on the way out of town.decent supermarket, fair prices, even for being in a rural area
This is an excellent little supermarket. They have everything one needs for groceries and there's a handy bottle shop as well. What I like is the friendly service and it's not too HUGE and not to far to walk in order to but the necessary grocery items! Staff are great and friendly!
The only thing I’m not keen about is the Darley shopping centre building and car park area itself. It’s SO old and run down it needs to be demolished and a new one built.
Great team, more gluten free bread mixes, cake mixes etc. Your fruit and veggies are super fresh.
One price online, more expensive in the store. Was told there was nothing they could do. Waste of time
It is a good shop, friendly staff, but the main thing is that the area all AROUND the shop, that is the parking space, pavement, grass and shrubs and trees, is incredibly littered. At the front, the back and the sides. I’m sure this is not only due to IGA and its suppliers, a lot also comes from customers and the other shops, but I expect from every business in this country to keep at least their own surroundings clean, regardless of who is doing littering. This litter (if not picked up) will end up in Australia's nature and waterways, totally unacceptable and it also looks incredibly unprofessional. For this I give only one star because I dread going to the IGA as I have to look at all that litter. Sometimes I pick up litter myself when I can’t stand the look anymore. Similar reviews will be given to other businesses in Darley Plaza. The photos that I added are not even the worst I have seen.
House sitting atm. This place is awesome. Lots of cool things that you don't find at Coles or woollies.
They have really upped their game. More diverse. They have added much more stock. Not only giving more choice but at a competitive price. Quantity and quality, served by top staff.
Looking for icecrram wagers and first person directed me to where the cones were but no wafers. The person at register explained they had been ordered so would be in a few days.
Have shopped at IGA Darley for some time now, staff are great, good products. Just have a problem with their meat used by dates. So I just suggest anyone who buys meat from there always check the use by date.
Everything else is very good.
A small/medium supermarket which is clean, well stocked and has friendly helpful staff. They stock many well known brands that larger supermarkets have deleted from their range.
A local supermarket feel, with the local staff and generous fresh produce sections being the stand out. That said, has a wide variety of specially foods and free-from foods.
Bit more expensive than Coles and woolworths. But good for that last minute dash to the shop for something last minute.
I like it as a store but prices are a little but more expensive than the big 2. Suppose that's the cost of community support
Not bad for what it is size wise but be careful on marked down meat some of which is very sus lovely staff all the same
STaff made error in giving me wrong tabbacco cost me $90 i take off cellephane wrapping and can smell the aroma of port, i then looked at the brand and it was Port Royal, i didnt even open the tabbacco after that, I took it back to IGA and saw the girl and manager but they refused to change it and said it was my fault for not checking the brand, I did aske for Champion Ruby.very poor and un sympathetic service wont be shopping there again
