I placed an order and noticed I hadn’t received an update, I was about to move interstate and wanted the beautiful hair pins and earrings before I left as I was concerned I’d not receive them. I reached out and was promptly contacted by the wonderful owner who provided all information to me as well as the reasoning for the delay. She then sent the beautiful pieces by express to my new home and they arrived swiftly, whilst maintaining professional contact to ensure the best customer care experience. Not only are the products beautiful but I sincerely believe The Chakra is managed by an incredibly competent team who prioritises customer experience and that is a rarity these days. End note - I was very well looked after and am very excited for more magical pieces from the chakra store:)

Chakra on Acland is an amazing store with an excellent range of products including Stirling silver and opal jewellery, clothing, musical instruments, homewares, statues, candles and crystals, incense, bags and great gift ideas. Truly a treasure house of awesome products at reasonable prices and with amazing customer service from a lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Went in there with my lady and I couldn't get her out of there LOL.

Everyone should buy from chakra I brought online was delivered fast and they kept me upto date with my order and shipping details. Will be my first stop next time I'm in St Kilda

Pretty good range of products, only wish there was no feathers or animal products used in the making of some of them.

Customer service is really amazing here. I've even had two people serving me at once. They are happy to offer suggestions if your not sure exactly what your after and have a decent range of inventory. Jewelry, crystals, incense, clothing, homewares and gift ideas.
They even offer gift wrapping, which has saved me more than once. Even when I've bought something for myself for Christmas the staff member serving me convinced me to get it gift wrapped just to make it a little more special.

Chakra has become an iconic St Kilda institution for a reason. A warm, inviting space full of gorgeous treasures from around the world. You can tell this is a family business of passionate travellers, who personally select quality products from the places they love with genuine care. And they support charities in the communities they buy from. I have been wearing their beautiful hill tribe earrings every day for several years- I have bought so many pairs and feel naked without them!

Also you'll find cheap jewellery.
Musical instruments and drums, flute, wooden statues, candles, perfumes, handmade bags, chains, skirts, everything you can't find in major shopping centres you can find there.
The staff are super friendly, I just love everything about there.

I have shopped here for a very long time and today I went to exchange a necklace that had broken at the link. I had originally bought a sterling silver chain with a traditional Harmony Ball attached for my close friend’s 60th. Four month’s later she was involved in a awful car accident and lost the jewellery. Last December I bought the same thing again for my friend and when she went to put it on the link busted. I was treated badly today by the Manager and I believe the owner of Chakra who made me feel like a criminal and she kept evading that my friend must of broken it as she kept telling me several times it was so damaged. It was a $55 dollar chain I asked to be replaced. I was humiliated and left the shop with the broken chain upset and frustrated.
Be careful when you shop there as the same thing could happen to you.

A treasure trove. Found my favourite incense, as well as gorgeous clothes (that I didn't need, but bought anyway). Staff so friendly & helpful. Just wish I lived closer.

I love visiting Chakra! The customer service is second to none and they have a huge range of hand picked Stirling silver and semi- precious stone jewellery. They are my “go to” store for gifts especially when seeking out beautiful quality jewellery to suit any price range. I couldn’t imagine Acland Street without Chakra! Keep up the good work guys

This shop has one of the best ranges of sterling silver and gemstone jewelry in Melbourne. The stock is constantly updated, so each time I visit there are new items to see. Love the way the staff are so friendly and helpful.
