Chai Walli

I discovered Chai Walli during lockdown in 2021. I was after a pick me up treat and the sticky chai really delivered. I have been a repeat customer since then, and every order has been a great experience. The team at Chai Walli are absolutely lovely and no question is too small.

Before their recent relocation, I placed an order which arrived slightly opened. Not only were they apologetic (even though the fault was with the packaging and not them), they promised me a replacement once they settled and they delivered. I even received updates during their settling period reassuring me I was not forgotten.

Honestly can not recommend them enough! Their teas are absolutely delicious and they are so amazing to deal with. Love that they also write a personalised note when you receive your order!

I have been purchasing from Chai Walli for many years now. I regularly buy the organic jaggery, along with chai blends and chocolate. I have also purchased incense from them. I love looking at the website to see what’s new. The chai blends are the best I have tasted. Every product is deeply considered and you can really taste it. Very happy customer here:)

My family has been drinking Chai Walli tea for years. We love it! Especially the non caffeinated all spice mix, it is beautiful. I also really enjoy her special garam masala, very very nice. Customer service is always top-notch.

Love chai walli. I get the syrup for making dirty chais and it is so different to the sugary syrups you get in most cafes. The flavour is rich and complex and not overly sweet.
Their chai chocolate is also a delicious well balanced flavourful treat.

I absolutely LOVE chaiwalli, the 11 spice chai is my absolutes favorite! I am a tea fanatic, I host tea parties often and I’ve never not impressed with this blend! The aroma is amazing, you can almost taste the tea before it touches your lips. I order in large quantities every year because I live in U. S, want it to last longer and I always have people asking me for samples after tasting it. The shipping by the way is surprisingly fast (2 weeks).

This is hands down THE BEST chai I have ever had - and I've had a LOT of chai. Beautiful and delicious blends! All time favourite was the golden turmeric blend but then along came the lemongrass chai!

I love my Chai Walli blends. Every few months I regularly get the 11 Spice, Golden, Lemongrass, Punjabi & Australian Native Blends. All are fantastic and, depending on my mood, I'll have one of the flavours or mix and match them all. Delicious either way!

I can't recommend any flavour over the other, so I recommend you do what I do and just buy the lot!

Absolutely the best chai I’ve ever purchased and tasted. I originally met the owner at a chai tasting event at Summer Hill and was impressed with her dedication to bringing authentic chai tea to customers in a sustainable, ethical way. Three purchases in and the tea and customer service continues to delight me. I particularly recommend the tumeric chai and native chai.

Chai Walli has the best chai in the world. Uppma and her staff provide excellent customer service. This place has got all the blends to suit variety of needs of people. The two blends I always have in my pantry are the black chai and golden chai. There’s way more things than just chai at Chai Walli. I would highly recommend to give this place a go and I am sure you’ll never regret it!

Chai wali is an innovative brand to introduce traditional Indian tea flavours to the western world. Owner of the brand is a strong woman who is not only an amazing tea lover, maker but also a beautiful and inspiring woman. Her funny and inspiring talks is a perk along with her special tea! Authentic Indian chai with organic Assam black tea. The rooibus masala mix is equally delicious without the caffeine. Easy to brew and hits the spot. The Tumeric (golden chai) mixture is a favourite of mine too.

I recently purchased the 11 spice chai, the caffeine free chai and the sticky chai from Chai Walli. I found the blends to be fragrant, delicious and authentic! I really love making myself a cup of chai as an alternative to a coffee as the products contain calming digestive herbs which have nutritional benefits! As someone who has tried many different Chai blends over the years, it is evident that the blends produced here at Chai Walli are of exceptional quality and that there is a great deal of knowledge and passion behind the brand.

Everything they offer is amazing and once you try their 11 spice chai, you will never be able to have a cafe chai again, in fact, you'll probably never go to a cafe again because you'll be brewing a big pot of chai at home!
