From the time we walked through the front door we were treated as family. Everyone seems happy working there and always happy to help with a smile on their face.
New car sales executive Stefan was very informative and calm with his approach and never rushed. Always took time to listen and find out all the answers and helped us buying our dream car. The best car salesman we met so far by a fair margin.
Special mention to Finance Manager Heather as she is very knowledgeable and helped us sort out the finance with no fuss. She kept us well informed throughout the process and always happy to answer any queries.
Pre-delivery Specialist Rae helped us with all the aftermarket options and never forced us to buy anything like some other salespeople will do.

Don't put any deposit with Chadstone Mitsubishi, despite my explanation that I got injured in a car accident and financially I can't effort buying the car, they cut my deposit. (although the car should be ready only 7 month in advance)
unreliable company.

I own a 2021 triton I will be looking else where don’t bother with this service centre as I found out just a week later after my major service that the service was never completed even to a road worthy standard, so very dangerous.that now becomes a major safety hazard for my family I will never be back and I make sure none of my friends or family will go there either.
