6Friendly service and big veriety of plaster products. I found what I was looking for. One thing to suggest, please have a mitre box for customers to use. I needed 2 cuts only
She was very nice when answering phone, was able to help me in ordering a product and then help me in separating it into different invoice orders when i came to pay.
We used CHAD when renovating our edwardian style home which included replastering the whole house and replacing the existing heritage cornices and ceiling roses. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, friendly and professional from start to finish and the workmanship especially on the cornice is fantastic. They were extremely diligent in checking their work and ensuring all defects were rectified addressed prior to finishing up. They were also extremely cost efficient compared with other quotes received. Would highly recommend their services.
Friendly, easy to deal with but most importantly they take time to share very practical advice and suggestions on various projects that I have sought advice. Pricing is good easy undercover access for loading.
Misleading quotation and poor book keeping. Be prepared to be invoiced in stages even two years after job completion. Average job.cornice joints very visible.damaged other property (sliding door glazing) while performing work.
Again my Architect told me to use CHAD GROUP for our new house and their diligence, knowledge and expertise was exceptional from the start.

The facades team was equally detail oriented and delivered an outstanding result (Thank you to Adrian and Team, all our neighbours have commented on how great it looks, so expect a few calls)
