Cha Chas Vegan Mexican Food Truck

Don’t think they’re operating. Drove past looking for it but can’t see it anywhere. No signage on the street or anything as well. Not sure if it’s hidden but it looks like it’s not operating

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for being apart of our wedding day on Saturday the 5th March.
You are incredibly talented at your craft! Your food is simply delicious and everyone raved about how wonderful the experience was to have you guys there. It was also wonderful to be able to open up the experience of vegan food to our family and friends.

And your professionalism and personalities made the experience just so much better!
So just wanted to say a huge huge huge thank you. You guys are wonderful!

For anyone reading, I would definitely consider having the food truck at your event. We had our wedding at home, and for a number of reasons I would recommend cha chas!
1. The food is simply incredible.
2. The colours of the van, the experience of having a food truck (with people walking up to order) and getting their delicious meal from the cutest coloured truck from lovely people had all guests raving!
They absolutely loved it!
3. For at at home event or not being at a venue with large kitchens etc, it just makes sense logistically!

Definitely would recommend and will use in the future. Even if it’s just to pop down when they are set up in st Kilda for a delicious meal!

We booked Cha Cha's for my partner's 30th birthday and they were absolutely phenomenal! So helpful in the lead up, especially with menu choices and organising timing for the evening. Very flexible and just lovely to deal with. The food was beyond delicious! Everyone has raved about the food since, from friends to grandparents. It was all so yummy that even those who usually eat meat were super satisfied. I even had people ask for their details as they were keen for more! So impressed and would definitely recommend!

I love real meat so I'm usually really skeptical about vegan substitutes, but this tasted like the real deal, and was delicious too, I was shocked! Definitely recommend to everyone!

So delicious! You will not be disappointed in the Chili fries, Chili dog, tacos, you won't won't disappointed in anything! If in your neighbourhood you have to check it out.

We never wait that long for food. 90min for our order. They said 15-20min. Just wanted to have a snack. Ridiculous

I literally had no idea vegan food could taste so amazing untill having Cha Cha's. The food is amazing - you wouldn't tell the difference! I am excited to see more mexican delights from you ladies. Well done!

The fish Taco's and Chilli Dog are amazing! It's like a flavour explosion in my mouth - soooo good! Def will go back!

The nachos were so damn good! I also tried the top dog and it’s my fave item on the menu!
The fact that everything is vegan is such a bonus!

I have tried most things from CHA CHAS VEGAN now and felt compelled to say how deeeeeelicious everything is! The mac n cheese is perfect. The chips might be the best and crunchiest I've ever had, and the tacos are so yum and perfectly balanced, fresh and textured. You must try the chicken, fish and big mak one. I am usually a meat eater and had no concept of how big a fan I would be. My 10 year old is equally enthusiastic. I HIGHLY recommend as I think it probably would make anyone, vegan/veg/meat eater super happy. Thanks CHA CHAS! Game changer!

I was drawn in by the beautiful colours of the van and then the friendly service that had me trying vegan food for the first time. I will admit, I was shocked by how tasty the food was that my husband had me going back for more. I highly recommend Cha Chas Vegan Mexican Food and have plans to book you in for future events we plan.

Im not vegan but I have to say, the chicken tacos and nachos were the best I’ve ever had. The flavours are incredible and their special sauce is just wow. I will definitely be booking you in for my birthday party.

Hello - I came across ChaChas at one of those food truck festival type setups outside the Melbourne Convention Centre. Firstly I was drawn in by the vibrant colours of the truck but then noticed Vegan to which I have never been a fan of. So I scurried off to check out the other truck options only to be disappointed with the carb heavy offerings. I really did feel like something light like a taco so I went back to ChaChas to see what all the vegan fuss was about. Pleasantly surprised, there was a full menu of fish, chicken and beef tacos. Done. I took a punt on all 3. Fresh and tasty with a beautiful balance of condiments and fresh salad.you could not tell that it was faux meat. Highly recommend if you come across the truck. The owners Nicole and i think the other girl's name was Nath were wonderful and inviting. Bravo. Will definitely look out for you guys!

Cha Cha's mexican food was a surprise, the taste and textures were amazing and the balance of the ingredients was very well thought out. Can't help and stare at their amazing design and colour of their van, you defiently can see them for miles away. It is defiently a hit within our friends and will be following them around for awhile.
