Very genuine guy. Had problems with our fridge two weeks after buying an he popped along the next day to fix it. Working great now!

Great customer service. Very honest and upfront. I bought a dryer and couldn't be happier with my purchase. There was a very small issue with it and it was rectified straight away under warranty without any issues at all now it's perfect and working great I would highly recommend anyone needing a cheap quality second hand appliance to look no further than CG refrigeration. If I need anything in the future they will be my first port of call.

Amazing service and very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I brought a dryer which stopped working a month later. CG refrigeration came out the next day and replaced it with a newer model and it is working perfectly!:)

After my public rant about feeling frustrated with this business and realising that a delay we experienced in service was not of Con's making, it is important to put the record straight.
We phoned Con on Easter Saturday at 8.00am and had a fridge delivered by 11.00 and the old one carted away. Upon discovering the freezer component did not work properly we were given advice on what to try once we had made contact. The break down occurred when the call back Con requested if this didn't work did not occur. Last Saturday early we interrupted Con's holiday away from his work place with our call. He made contact with the rental residents to service the appliance on Sunday. We are grateful for the 45 minutes he provided on his day off to repair the freezer compartment. All operating as it should be. As indicated the location of this business and the service is really useful to students renting near the universities with the pick up, delivery and repair service adding extra convenience to those with no vehicles.

I took the whole washer, dryer, fridge and tv package, everything fine, with prompt service too.
Con is a great bloke, he wants to help.

Sells faulty products. Bought fridge which was fine, but washing machine leaked within a week and even short circuited. He took a long time to come to fix it, wasn't fixed, didn't want to refund us the full price. We ended up selling the machine back to him for a portion of the paid price.

Recommend Con and CG refrigeration. He is an authentic guy, and wants to help. Our repair for an old fridge wasn't straightforward, and he worked till he got it right and (several weeks later) it's running well and we've saved the several thousand dollar expense of purchasing a similarly large family fridge. I was unsure about spending a few hundred dollars on an old fridge, but so far so good. And Con is good to deal with.

I used Con the first time after a friend had RECOMMENDED him some years ago and i have recommended him to others and we all haven't had a problem.
His white goods are clean and work well.

Thanx Con for looking after my son whom recently moved out. Bought a washing machine and fridge bundle. He was very helpful and attentive to our need.

We bought two a $200 fridge and a $400 wash-machine (Electrolux 8kg) delivered at home:
The fridge leaks since day one and the light is not working.
The wash-machine broke-down after 2 months of use. It Has been replaced at home by a very old one. As we were not satisfied, we decided to pay a further $200 to get a newer one (Bosh 7.kg). Unfortunately, once installed only 2 programs were actually working…
Even if the service was not bad, the products we got did not worth the money we spent

Very very very bad experience with these guys not once but TWICE. Will never ever recomment this guy for service or buying any thing from this d.

If you want to buy small fridge or washing machine as a second hand i dont think they have reasonable price since new one is like 100dollars more. They also accept only cash.
