Lack of staff and always being late to deliver the food to delivery drivers that causes rating affect to drivers and very irresponsive. Taking too much long time to making orders

Unbelievably slow. Terrible communication. Food is average.

Ordered 45 minutes ahead of pick up time and still waited half and hour for food.

We recently had our function here. The quality of the food and variety of dishes was fantastic, reasonable price and a big hit with our guests. The staff were lovely. Thanks for helping to make our day so special! Everyone really enjoyed. Would like to recommend Ceylon flavours to anyone who is planning to do a function.

Ordered lamprais for 24 people, including two vegetarians. The food was fresh and plenty! Neatly packed and delicious! The guests enjoyed it too. The team was easy to work with and happy to customise the menu to my request.

Agree with other recent reviews, prices have gone up and portions are smaller than ever. Ordered Devil chicken with fried rice special and got a miserable 2 small pieces of chicken which probably cost 50 cents in raw form. 13.95 for fried rice n 2 bite sized pieces of chicken is definitely pushing it. For a dollar more you can get much better value and freshly cooked food with much much more chicken.

Do Not shop or buy food at this place.
Shame on Sri Lankan restaurants and food. I have eaten so much SL food but this is the lowest quality I found.
Staff is horrible. Trey advertise so many variety and when we ask for they will say, Ohh its finish, hmm its still in cooking, well today we don't have that.lol

No doubt, they serve the beat lamb curry in Melbourne. Whole family enjoyed the food. I wish you guys All the best!

I oderd fried rice with deviled chicken and yellow rice both potion is very small not enough for kid as well only two small chicken pieces in devil with lots of capcicum and very poor customer service in both restaurant and grocery. Wasted my time Unsatisfied for everything

Generally I refrain from giving negative reviews, but I could not resist myself from this one. The portion of chicken curry (served with noodles) was absolutely miniscule (2 pcs. Only) to say the least. The price of 14 dollars was way too expensive, considering the small portion!

Bit of a hit and miss with this place. Second time ordering and don’t think we would be back. Food is quite bland in flavour, the front cashier ladies have not much customer service skills; 3/5 stars because the prices were ok, however portion sizes can be better. They are not the best when it comes to timely service and had barely any food left on a Saturday around 3: 30pm? !? Place doesn’t seem very organised what so ever and it shows!

I catered food from Ceylon Flavours for a diiner party. Service was absolutely shocking. I was meant to pick up the food at 4pm but when we got there, was told that the food would not be ready intil 6pm. They had clearly messed up my order. What made be really annoyed was that when I placed my order I asked to be sent a confirmation email to confirm the food I had ordered and date snd time for pickup. That never hsppened. They eventuslly delivered the food at 7.30pm long after my guests hsd arrived.
Some foid artived cold which meant i had to waste more time rehesting.
The so called chicken biryani did not have any visible traces of chicken.
Absolutely disappiinting experience. Will never cater from Ceylon Flabours again. I felt cheated.

Customer service is very bad, I went at 12: 05 pm and ordered lump rice they ask me to wait for 5 minutes. I said ok. After 10 min I went and ask wait for mins kitchen is busy. After 20 min still not ready. After 30 min still not ready I said give me my money back I can’t wait. They said give up 5 min after 45 minutes of waiting for the food. Redo louse customer service. I must say food is good. They don’t have a Proper system of delivery no queue system they go all over the place to pack food girl was in cashier went 3 times to kitchen to serve one food potion:) I feel bad for the staff lack of Cordinaton implement KOT solution can over come this.seems they don’t bother

As a regular customer have to say the new improvements for the shop and the food is fantastic. Feels like you listen to your customers and improved on it. The food taste fabulous and very clean presentation. Never ever got sick after eating from you guys. Which is very important. The sales staff is also adding great value as they're always working very hard with a smile. Special shout out to the tall girl with curly hair. She's been there since we started coming for many years and such a sweet person. Every Sunday we are looking forward to getting the Game bath and lots of shorteats. Keep up your great effort. Good luck with all the future improvements.

Sri Lankan restaurant with delicious food! They have a next door Sri Lankan grocery store under the same name.
The only down side is the waiting time.

I should not have given one star as well. This occurred frequently when I order Chicken kottu. The food was extremely cold, And there was no Chicken gravy in a separate food container.

I called after ordering Kottu (The call was answered by Kavisha) and asked that it be added to the chicken gravy in a separate food container (I also made a note of it) However, I received no gravy. They did this to me multiple times.

I got an upset stomach several times after eating their kottu. I should complain to the local council about the standard of their food.

A Sri Lankan grocery store which has almost everything you’d want to buy from a Sri Lankan shop.

I ordered a village feast, a string hopper feast those are absolutely tasteless. Egg hoppers were not cooked, actually those are row and runny. I think Fish rolls were made Ages ago. Some food items such as watalappan and cream cameral were replaced without calling to confirm. The rice was not fresh and accompaniments were tasteless. Horrible experience. Such a waste of time and money

Great place. You can take curry packs in here. It’s only 45 dollars. 03 vegetable curries and 02 meat curries. And there is a grocery shop as well. Friend staff. Food was tasty and portion was excellent. Highly recommend!
