Sale staff have a good product knowledge.plenty of equipment on hand.and a well stocked parts department.
Poor follow up service by both Sales people in Hamilton, it would appear that once they have your money you are of no further use to them. I was advised all items on a 2nd hand JD would be repaired I have made contact twice with the sale department one of them stated he would follow up the other never even bothered to return my call. I have been advised by the ACCC that CERVUS should comply with Customer Satisfaction as required by the ACCC, NO SUCH LUCK with this Company.
