Pretty disappointing. Go to buy the usual load of hay, and limited to 6 bails. Only 10 less then I needed. Because people really have time to go in there every two days when they work ect. Been spending 500 to 600 a month there for the last year, way to lose loyal customers.

They had what l wanted, which was mosquito and spider spray, also bought my grandson's xmas pressie as they have a few John Deere toys.

Was a fairly good morning walking around seeing the animals, checking out what CEPA has in stock eg animals food, things for dogs not a huge range, birds very limited stuff more on poultry stuff and not much on aviary birds, Just interesting to see what they have. I don't think I will be going back as I could find what I was looking for.

The guys down at the CEPA feed stock are just wonderful. I went in to try and find duck finisher, they had some coming in, so needed to find something else to feed my ducks. They were ever so helpful reading all the ingredients on the back of the feed bags and seeing which ones would be suitable for my ducka'roos. They were friendly and very professional.

Went in store today, cut the story short and before barely getting a sentence out I was abused and name called by ALL staff, all men and I'm a tiny girl, they were on a power trip and looking for a fight over the new COVID laws, have made a complaint with human rights, vcat and the covid hotline, they did also inform me they had been dealing with a lot of "Karen's" to which I ended up responding maybe your approach is the problem, you wouldn't ask a person with a service dog not to enter.

I visit every 2 months or so for my wild bird seed for our 2 pet galahs and their wild visitors. Friendly staff, good service, good range of products.

Being a co-op, the prices are pretty good.even better if you become a member. They have a good range of farm and vet supplies, and a variety of hays even in high summer.

Professional staff, very helpful with excellent product knowledge and a great range of animal and pet products.

They are a very helpful bunch that go out of their way to help or offer an alternative that will do the job or better.

Staff are a pleasure to do business with and prices are very good and service is excellent.
