Great company to deal with and as an investment property owner they were brilliant when things didn’t go right, we had a internal water pipe bust that damaged the building quite extensively and with insurance clams taking a year to get sorted they were there the whole way helping both the tenets and ourselves as much as they possibly could. We are all sorted and finally ready to re-lease after a rebuild and I couldn’t be happier to recommend them, that is why we asked them to continue to manage the property and they had it let with contracts signed in less than a week! That’s brilliant as far as I’m concerned.

My wife and I recently applied for a rental property, and their communication regarding our progress, acceptance, and next steps has been first-class. Hayley and Ram have been so good, that I feel terrible that I haven't been as prompt in my replies, or actioning their requests.

I am very happy with Century 21's exemplary service. My house hunt ends today after 2 months because of them. The process was swift. Century 21 South Eastern does have very friendly staff. They are very prompt in providing service to the landlord and tenant.

My first contact person during my rental application was Ram and he was absolutely brilliant with a quick response time and answering any queries. Emma was the loveliest, even during heavy rain she took me around to inspect the property and answered all my questions as well as highlighted the property features phenomenally. Within a day, she got back to me with a response and had such excellent customer service. C21 SE will now always be my first choice when choosing a rental property or a home to buy in the near future.

Initially when first dealing with C21 they were very responsive when we first rented our house, then when we moved in and advised of the state of dilapidation of the house - holes in curtains, carpet coming away from floor - mould in window I was met with - 'this doesn't stop the house from working adequately'. I cannot think of a worse real estate. Looking forward to moving into a house we own and leaving the real estate behind, they are there to help the landlord not the renter 100% don't recommend.
