Georgia was my agent to our rental property for about 2 years now I believe.

Marisa Locantro was an outstanding property manager to deal with as a renter. She is highly professional but made my experience feel personalised, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was in order for me. She has helped support me emmensily through my rental journey and I cannot reccomend her enough as a property manager to go through. I'm devastated that she is now no longer my agent due to my need to move for work and will miss her support.

Century 21 and specifically Con Katos and Con Stefanidis were highly recommended by a few contacts and after dealing with them personally, my husband and I were very happy with our decision to deal with Century 21 Clarinda.
Mr Katos and Mr Stefanidis were honest and transparent about every aspect of our sale. They were very easy to deal with as they had a relaxed, friendly yet professional demeanour, great guys! We highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

A true professional and great at his craft. After interviewing 5 different agents we chose James to sell our apartment, and we are so happy we did! James is a true professional, with an excellent market knowledge, first-class communication, and the ability to get the absolute best price for the seller in a tough market. We had a few unexpected challenges during the sale, but James immediately jumped into action to get things back on track, and the final outcome was a huge success. Very disappointed about this experience rent apartment with century 21 property group.

While we rent the property, the toilet was leaking water itself along to our kitchen as we didn’t realize. The neighbor downstairs called us say their ceiling leaking water then we ask them come to fix it but we didn’t know it damaged even the carpet. When we vacated from the property the agent Catherine didn’t say anything about it. After we Returned all of the keys and finished cleaning we have not received any response and no bond refund for almost a month which is illegal. (Has to be done 10 business days) Because the agent who has deal this case for us was on leave! And didn’t reply our message! After 1month they send me a notification saying we need to pay whole payment for exchange a new carpet which damaged caused by the leaking water from the toilet. And the landlord apply vcat herself. Very interesting! The property manager Kosta poulellis have already read all the matter and process still ignore the truth that has happened. (Catherine has been away on leave almost two months they said she haven’t back)

We never and ever will deal with this company in the future.
It's only about money with these people - they tdon't care about tenants. Shame.

Catherine Naud was managing the apartment I was living in Carlton. Catherine is professional and helped me during the entire process. Catherine is always quick to respond and takes actions promptly.

Georgia Davey was our agent when we were renting through Century 21, she was a pleasure to deal with when any issues arose at the property, always friendly, compassionate and professional. We found her very helpful when it came time for us to move on to a new state. She performed our move out inspection and had our bond back to us as quickly as she could which was a huge weight lifted for us.
