Very friendly, fast and efficient service. I bought a shot gun at a good price over the phone late Thursday arvo and it arrived at my local dealer's shop on Monday, exactly as John promised. Couldn't ask for more!

I have been dealing with Paul for well over 30 years and have known John since he was a school boy. They have always been pleasant and enjoyable to deal with. Both are extremely experienced and knowledgeable about their products and their industry. I have both sold and bought firearms from them and have no complaints about their service at all.

i find John and Paul easy as to deal with and always willing to help, there prices are always very reasonable especially on ammo if your willing to buy a few packets and there always willing to help.

John & his father were both polite & helpful. I purchased a used gun which I bought over the phone. John’s description was perfect and the gun was exactly as described. Easy parking was a bonus and all in all I’m quite pleased with my purchase. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

My experience with Centreway was bad. I ordered and paid a deposit for a rifle. When I went to collect my rifle they had sold it to someone else. They then tried to sell me something inferior for the same price. Bad business, poor ethics.

I had a great experience. I am starting out with hand loading, and I took up half an hour of their time getting information about each available product before I bought. The man who served me was knowledgeable and helpful, and didn’t attempt to upsell. I’ll be going back.

Terrible customer service, old man in the shop didn't even want to check if a rifle listed on their website was still available after I inquired. Instead I received a mumbled reply ("I don't think so") and was out of the place within 30 seconds. Definitely would not recommend.
