Centrevision Provision-ISR

I just wanted to share my experience with Centrevision.

I recently had a Provision ISR system installed and even though the system works great, I had some teething issues with the app (definitely user error). I engaged the team via Facebook messenger over a weekend, even though it was late Saturday evening I was surprised to have received a response from the team.

The team were extremely helpful in ironing out the issues and they did it all without attitude. Yes, that sounds silly, how can you tell there was no attitude in a text message? The responses were both courteous and friendly. No attacking words. The person on the other end took the time to take screen shots and walk me through step by step to help me resolve the issue. They even checked in a few days later to see how i was tracking with my original fault.

The centrevision Team were great! I bought a 4 camera system thru an electrician but had a few issues with the set up. These guys were super responsive and helpful. So, combined with a great camera system I would highly recommend them!

My system stopped working.failed to initialise The network error was corrected by updating the software. All done same day, with a smile and gratis. This firm is highly recommended. They are friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. I wish all my repair jobs were so easy!

I have a Provision ISR system that I purchased many years ago from someone else and required some technical support. The staff at Centrevision were more than willing to help and fixed the problem for me. The staff were great and I look forward to dealing with Centrevision when the time comes to update my current system.

Purchased a Provision-ISR unit with 4x Pinhole cameras for a workplace application, fantastic service when purchased and very easy to use.
Due to my own error, I required assistance over the Christmas break period (whilst Centrevision was closed), so I sent an email, expecting to have to wait until their return, however I was pleasantly suprised when my query was responded to within hours fixing my issue. Fantastic customer service and support and the unit is great, would highly recommend.
Will definitely be using again.
