Never again! Worst customer service ever. Arrogant, disrespectful, incompetent and deceitful to say the least. How they let one of their employees 'J' get away with this is unbelievable. It reflects poorly on his colleagues and the CENTRECOM brand. CENTRECOM if you really value your customers then DO something about this.
Always buy online and collect from here! Staff are helpful and friendly! Pleasure to deal with them!
Scammers.awful shopping experience.the price you see online in not true, you will be charged extra fee using any payment method they have.also, some positions are non-existent and made for catching a customer's eye.i tired to buy a laptop for a very lowball price and received a message from ANTI-FRAUD (who these clowns think they are?) which told me to send them photos of my passport, credit card and a proof of a billing address.after i arrived to a store where the unit was located i was refused to issue the goods i'd actually paid for.they tried to make lies about my card/bank complications and other far-fetched reasons and cancelled the order after that.now i also have to wait for a money-back
I went here and it was very straightforward. You show them the email, they give you the product and that's it!
I recently had issues with my defective GPu and decided to upgrade to the 40 series. As the 40 series is quite large and I had a mini case, I was told by many other technicians that the GPu was too big for the case and that it would not sit properly.
Fortunately, Scott took on the challenge and was able to safely secure the GPu and my computer is running perfectly with the new setup!
Scott customer service was second to none. He not only managed to fit the GPu in my mini case, but he was also prompt, concise and kept me updated all throughout the repair process. He went above and beyond with all the cable management, updated of all the drives and optimized all the settings for me!
If anyone wants their computer fixed (no matter how big or small), I would only be trusting Scott and will continue to request to have my computer be looked by him only. Thank you again, Scott – you’re an absolute legend!
Disgusting company! They are not replacing or refunding us even though we have warranty! They don't answer my calls and they can not even give me a reason as to why the warranty is voided. 0 stars. I will be following up in court.
Scammers! The screen of the monitor i bought was falling off, and they will not replace or refund me. Be careful what companies you support!

Absolutely discusting after sales service, please look at some reviews on centrecom, the store people are mostly pretty good but the head office is beyond attrocious. I have a faulty monitor confirmed in store although being advised I have to wait 4 weeks for it to be replaced. I've offered various solutions including even purchasing a new monitor and being provided a refund once the warrenty process is complete although no one seems willing to help. Honestly just go to scorptech

It was pretty straightforward to transact with these guys, ordered a m. 2 ssd online and it was ready for pick up within the hour. Warehouse is easy to find and i was in and out under 5 mins on a Thu arvo. Wish the staff were more communicative but not a big deal.
Ordered online and received pick up email within 2 hours of the order, went in the next day and picked up my stuff in less than 5 mins, smooth transaction and a great price.
I had to wait 30 minutes for them to figure that I bought goods. First they refused to give my purschased goods even when I provided ID, credit card and confirmation email: D Then they asked to photocopy copy my ID! Called main line and they put me on hold. Insane how they still open.
Came to pickup a computer, the service desk was unattended. I rang the bell once every 5 minutes for 20 minutes before being served by a rude person to recive a computer that was damaged. Steer clear if possible and pick up from a store
I had a great experience ordering C&C at this store.
I ordered the wrong item by mistake but the staff were very helpful.
I have gone to Center Com for computer purchases for a long time and will continue to order C&C from here in the future.
Was told 1 business hour to get my order ready. Got confirmation 1 hour and 7 mins later. Not bad for an item on sale.
Where do I even begin to explain the nightmare that centrecom has put me through. It was something so simple, just a cracked laptop screen. Yet here we are 5 months later…. Still no result. Understandably in the beginning they struggled to source the part due to lockdowns etc. But 5 months is ridiculous! Terrible customer service! I had to go searching for answers instead of them letting me know there would be a delay. So now in November they said Lenovo couldn’t give them the part and they would recommend cancelling the order. This was only said when I made a fuss and requested to pick up my laptop! The man on the phone also had the audacity to say ‘we can’t source this item I don’t know what you’re going to do’. Oh sir, I know what I’m going to do…never return to this horrible business ever again! They seemed happy to just keep my laptop at the maribrynong headquarters instead of telling me what’s going on. So many unbelievable excuses! If you can’t source a ‘genuine’ part get a compatible one or at least offer that as an option. Stay away from this company! They’ll take you for a ride and waste your time!
Called a different company and they replaced it in an hour. Thanks for nothing centrecom!
Order a monitor never arrived (most likely lost in shipping) asked for a refund and they said no not until it arrives back at the warehouse which it never will because it's lost.
Edit: I plan on getting Consumer affairs involved within the following week
