The worst cinema I've been to. No Monday screenings, no Thursday screenings and no Sunday night screenings. Went once to see scream and they didn't have the movie so ended up needing a refund. Also their facebook page sometimes contradicts their website when it comes to movies showing and you can never get hold of them for clarification. They have a few decent seats in one cinema about a mile from the screen, which is small. All the other seats are uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Poor picture quality. Poor sound quality. Staff seem like they don't want to be there. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 hours to Ballarat for a decent cinema.

Girl with short blue hair ruined the whole thing before it even started. Extremely rude. 10 minutes to pour 1 drink. Syrup ran out so we said oh we are happy to change the flavour. Thinking it would help move the line along. Didn't expect or appreciate the abuse and attitude. She claimed it would take a minute and were were still waiting after 6 minutes for it to be poured. All up 10 minutes for a post mix. Then she claimed they would start the movie on their time not the scheduled time.

2 stars for good staff and service I must admit. Okay my experience wasn't good for my first experience going there. So my sister in law and I sat down the seats are stiff completely at the bottom it hurts and the seats are straight up don't lean back at little at all, those are the seats that are the ones with the cup holders that you think would be comfortable wrong. People maybe use to hard seats well I and my sister in law we're super uncomfortable in cinema 1 back seats. Not just that, but people behind us kept talking over the movie. Also teens on the otherside of the seats kept walking up and forwards to their friends because some of their friends we're down at the front and some near the back it was so annoying having to try and focus when young teens who are walking up and down even when I was that age I didn't walk around the cinemas like that during a movie. I could see it in the corners of my eyes it was so annoying because it didn't stop. I didn't have a good experience and am not going to lie for my first time it was dreadful experience. I been to 4 other cinemas up in Queensland none had uncomfortable hard seats not coming back till it's a bit updated with those seats. Love the old fashioned styling their going for but every good cinemas needs updates on those certain things called seatings. Victoria Point in Queensland is cheaper and better $5 for a large drink not $6 and it's so much bigger then yours cups. Sorry but compared to their sizes that large is a medium. Lol I never finish the large cups at Victoria Point, but at least it's less and larger. Besides that yeah again never experienced painful seatings like that though all 4 cinemas I went to this is a first.
Now I'm so happy some of you people can handle those seats comfortably, but this is my experience and my sister in law both couldn't find it comfortable enjoy your cinema we won't be coming back.

Visiting Horsham and went to this great old-style cinema to watch avatar in 3D. Comfy chairs. Great popcorn. Great staff. Probably a 4 star venue, but 5 stars because the staff had to deal with some absolutely atrociously rude people and were so polite and tried to be helpful the entire time.

1. Bought tickets online and paid extra for better seats and also got stung extra for the privilege of using an unmanned online service.
2. Get there to find out you still have to line up for ages to get served to receive another little printer ticket
3. Get told we must sit in the black chairs even though we paid extra for so called better comfy seats. Question why and usher walks off.

So, why buy online, why pay extra to do so (and still have to que) and why pay extra for seats you don't get?

Get you act together whom ever runs this place. You lost all of us as repeat customers.

Only real complaint. The coke drink was nothing more than dark fizzy water. No flavour. For 6 dollars thought better would be done.

Extremely old seats, uncomfortable. Pay an extra 2 dollars for newer uncomfortable chairs. The popcorn is never good. I only go to the movies for the popcorn

Most uncomfortable cinema I have ever been to, the seating is as old as the building no drink holders and has a kinda damp smell to it.
I loved going to the cinema until I moved to horsham, now I rarely go just because it's so uncomfortable

Cinema was okay, not great. Icecream was good, coke didn't taste like coke. Chairs spaced well. Movie didn't start and my MIL went out to let them know after 10mins.

Very enjoyable experience. Seats were comfortable and temperature was pleasant. We loved the film Little Women today.

Horrible seats. Freezing cold in winter in the main cinema. AC came on full blast half way through the movie today (cinema C) and made it unbearably cold.disgusting that in 35 degree heat I was thankful I had the planning to bring a winter puffer jacket. Felt sorry for the people in shorts and a t-shirt. Repeatedly disappointed.

Show was late starting due to technical difficulties and doors only opened 10 minutes before picture started. Not good organization

Cinema is nice, but every time we fork out for the deluxe recliners they are always broken, this is the seventh time this has happen. Out of our group of 6 only two of the chairs were in working order this time. Staff are always lovely and apologetic but it's not their fault that management never bothers to fix them.

Trying to find session times for the movie Hustlers and there isn't any? !? !? ! Even when i look for 'coming soon movies' it still has the lion king there (that's been out for three months now!) their website is poorly set out and what cinema doesn't show a screening of newly released movies! I've been to this cinema multiple times and they always find a way to let me down even if it is just right for a small country town!
