Dr Vivian has got to be the most neglectful doctor in this practice. Did not feel an ounce empathy when I had brought my daughter for an appointment. Really shameful these are the type of people we depend on as caretakers in the health system.

Seeing Dr Emmanuel. He is so approachable and knowledgeable. He will assess the patient professionally. The staffs are so nice and welcoming. Will surely come back. The centre is highly recommended.

Dr Emmanuel is by far one the most inattentive, dismissive and inept medical practitioners I have ever seen. Attempting communication with him is futile. I am left feeling highly suspicious that he is actually qualified. One star for the receptionist.

My partner needed a overall health assessment for Vic. Roads to be filled in online. Dr. Emmanuel couldn't do it. He demanded an eye test, which Vic. Roads didn't request. Four times my partner went to see him, but he still couldn't fill in the form. We rang up Vic. Roads and explained to them and they said let him ring us up and we will explain how to do it step by step. Well he didn't. So my partner went to see another doctor to complete the online form. And also he had to pay $120 fee for the online form. Doctor Emmanuel was unprofessional. And he yelled and screamed at my partner.
My partner will not be seeing this doctor ever again. And also not going for any doctor consultations at this clinic.

I've been there for pre Employment medical and Its really terrible his name his Dr Samuel he push ear aid to my ear until he rich drum its really painful At that time and because of that My ear still in pain next morning and I visit my own doctor he told me you get infection and he gave me antibiotics and drop. In my life I never have ear problem even pain. Becarefull.

First appointment for the morning and they still ran late. It's a money grabbing medical centre. Would not recommend

Dr Vivian is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, very kind and understanding. She is my go to GP starting from today.

Met with Josie Ayad today as part of the Allied Health Services. It was a great first appointment. She is a wealth of knowledge and super positive. Looking forward to getting back on track with her help and guidance.

Out of pocket $28 for the appointment.
Got in reasonable fast.
Doctors always run late, we know that.
Diagnosis was nothing that I didn't already know.
It was OK, got what I needed I suppose.

Dr Emmanuel is a fantastic Doctor. If your looking for someone who really takes your health seriously and genuinely cares then I highly recommend Central west medical. They are welcoming and professional and very knowledgeable. Great to have found myself such a doctor. Dr Emmanuel remembers your history and is really invested in you as a person and your health.

The Dr are nice never busy but I don't know why they always make you wait over 40 minutes pretty stupid if you ask me

Dr Emanuel has been my personal favourite doctor for years now and I am more comfortable with him than any other doctor I have ever seen. I now live in Preston but will only make the trip out west to see him. He is the best in the business. Thank you doctor Emanuel.

Some very serious? On both GP’s at this place. Took my 3yo here. Will never return. Worse by far. And I seen a few shocking ones.

Worse service ever received, waited 1 hour, nobody cared or asked anything, people arriving and skipping the line, will never understand how can somebody run a business so poorly.

Zero stars would be preferable. The doctor didn't listen, didn't answer my simple questions and couldn't get us out the door quick enough. Disgusting behaviour especially considering a young child was involved. Our family will never return to this medical centre.

My daughter just attended this clinic 21 July 2021 due to concerns about her 16 month old baby who has been very unwell with a virus for over a week. Dr Vivienne Ndukwe spoke to my daughter and son in law in a condescending, aggressive and dismissive way, asking “why are you here” when it was actually her that had scheduled the follow up appointment…. Then walked out of the consultation without even examining (or actually looking at the child) “This definitely doesn’t follow any GP code of ethics that I am aware of. Disgusting and should be reported to the ACC.

Very disappointed.
I was a new patient, I get a call 8minutes before my appointment to tell me If I have any COVID symptoms I can not go to my appointment.
Whilst I had a COVID symptoms I did not have COVID and needed to see a DR.

Having tested positive with covid is not enough for these guys to have a chat with you over the phone. Apparently because I didn't need any health help over the last year and a bit doesn't allow the GP that I've seen for years to talk with me over the phone.

This is simply the worst you can be treated in a time of help.

I will seek ways to report this with DHS.

My Son had an accident on his bike out the front of the Clinic, he proceeded to walk in and ask if someone could help him, his face was all scuffed from landing on the pavement. They asked him if he was a patient when he said No they said they couldn't help him. All he needed was to have some one check his wounds and clean it up for him. I think that is bad Service for a Medical Clinic, Yes I am/Was a Patient at your clinic.

I had a bicycle accident nearby and had bleeding injuries at the time so sought help to check and clean my wounds and double check I didn't have a concussion. I was rudely turned away by the desk staff as I wasn't a regular patient of theirs and had to seek treatment elsewhere. While I understand that there may be concerns about COVID I'm highly disappointed at the fact they failed to give even the most basic of care
