7Direct Chemist at Central Square Altona Meadows just officially launched recently, and today I was served by a lovely lady named Renee. I was looking at some men's cologne and she had the time for friendly assistance to go through some of the samples without any hesitation. That's what I call great customer service, keep up the great work Renne!
Incredibly rude and arrogant shop girl confidently stating an escript is invalid when it still has 5 repeats left.
Pharmacist thankfully dispenses the required script.
Educate your staff.
My medication was dispensed twice in 1 Day and there pharmacists were treating me like i was the one at fault my doctor advised me to use another chemist the front store workers are absolutely lovely especially Reneye who can't do enough for you but a huge THUMBS DOWN to there pharmacists i wouldn't recommend this place for medication they take a long time to dispense them too
I would like to congratulate DALIA an employee of Central Square Pharmacy for her quick thinking and caring attitude recently when I experienced a coughing fit due to a piece of food getting caught in my throat in the Central Square food court. I've been using this pharmacy for over 20 years and seen it go through several iterations and many staff. Despite this it seems to manage a good service. It's range recently seems to have curtailed and getting staff on the floor with proper knowledge a little sparse.
It needs some continuity. An owner / manager with presence.
Always amazing service never waited for more than 10 mins here this is my go to pharmacy for everything
Shocking service! Called to ask if I can get a few photo copies certified. Was falsely advised to come in anytime and it will b signed by someone authorised. Both times when I got there I was told sorry but they can't sign. I advised I called and confirmed before coming in. They failed to accept their mistake of misleading me to come in. Also, the wait times for prescription meds could be anywhere between 5-20 mins
