Domenic Cugliari is a great representative who helped me choose the right home and property for my first home. Excellent communication and was with us every step of the way which helped us ensure it was a smooth and successful build.

Liam is a great site supervisor who helped us along the way and helped clear up any bits raised during the inspection. It all turned out great!

Central Property performed very professionally with great communication and excellent onsite project management. They earned our confidence during the house build project in rockbank suburb. Domenic completed the all milestones as committed without my presence and site visit, Domenic and his team helped us value engineering of the project to get us in under budget.

We built our new home through Central Property and CDC homes. Domenic from Central Property has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. I built my first home with Central Property / Escape Homes. In particular I dealt with Dom and Liam as my building supervisor. They were both amazing. Being my first home, Dom’s guidance was vital and he was always available for me. Every time I had a question I knew I could count on their quick response, which put my mind at ease. The quality of the house is excellent and I would definitely build again with them. Highly recommended!

We first met Dom back in 2018 when we originally planned to start building a house.it was a long journey we ended up changing blocks and suburbs and not once was any of this an issue for Dom! He helped us come up for a floor plan for our dream home and all the changes I kept making with out any issue at all and finally we got the ball rolling when our new land settled in may 2021!

This is when we met with escape homes and between them and Dom it has been a pleasure to build with them! We did unfortunately have to deal with Covid and delays due to Covid but that was expected and anytime we had any query question or change we were always met with a happy to do so attitude. Dom was always a pleasure to speak with and went above and beyond for us and we are happy to call him a friend now and couldn’t recommend him personally or Central property group any higher they truely are a fantastic company to work with! We are very happy with the house they have provided us and if we ever wanted to build again in the future we would definitely come straight back to Dom and Central Property Group! We are truly grateful for everything you’ve done for us, Thank you!

Domenic from Central Properties was a breath of fresh air from when we first met him! All the big builders are so strict however Dom really helped us out with his flexibility. Without Dom and the team at Central Properties, we actually would not have made our deadlines for approvals, grants, etc. There were a few mishaps along the way however Dom never lost contact. Thank you Dom AND Central Properties!

I'm writing this review after 8 months of moving into my new house.

Below are the highlights of my experience with Central Property:

1. Domenic from Central Property had been fantastic right from the 1st day I spoke to him. He guided me from scratch and honoured all his commitments from start of the contract until today.

2. Escape Homes have 3 contractors and I have communicated with all, but none are even close to the quality of service and satisfaction provided by Central Property.i know this since 5 of my other friends also have their houses built by Escape homes.

3. Domenic will provide a customised solution that fits your need and budget, he will never do miscommitment or a sales pitch just to sell his product.

4. The build quality is good and the contracor you engage with Escape Homes will greatly impact that since Central Property ensures you choose the best quality products and designs.

5. I didn't had to pay even $1 more than what was in my contract from day one.

To summarize, Domenic is a man of his commitments and will never let you down. If I have to build another house, Domenic is the one I will go to again

I recently built a home with Central Property and CDC Homes. Right from the get go Dominic Cugliari from Central Property was great to work with - he has a thorough knowledge of every aspect of the building process and guided me every step of the way. I highly recommend Dominic Cugliari and Michelle from Central Property. The team at CDC Homes - Sam Crisci and his team (Belinda, Mel, Daniel) have been professional and their workmanship and materials used have been of high quality. I am truly grateful to both Central Property and CDC Homes for all their efforts and trusty guidance in building my home. When I build again, I will definitely build only with Central Property and CDC Homes.

We we're very pleased with most aspects of our dealings with Central Property. Our initial dealings with Bill were a little frustrating, as things appeared to move a little slowly, however after bringing this to Domenic's attention things got back on track quite quickly. Both Bing and Domenic responded very quickly to any requests or concerns we may have had.
Similarly the build through Escape Homes was very slow at the start. It was very difficult to get any information through the office and unfortunately they have a company policy of not giving out contact details of site foremen, which we found very frustrating.
When we were able to make appointments to meet Billy, the site foreman, onsite, we found this to be the best source of information and updates.
Once the build gained momentum Billy ensured it continued to progress all the way through to completion.
In summary: Both Domenic and Bing couldn't have been more approachable and were our best source of information when we struggled to get information through the Escape office. Billy was also very reassuring each time we met on site, however we would have loved to have been able to contact him via email or phone, when it was difficult to get info through the office.

Being first home buyers, Central Property and Domenic have made this process an entirely positive one. Domenic has been exceptional from the first day we spoke, up until handover. He provided us with valuable information, as well as providing us with his recommendations on our build. Domenic would always respond promptly to our emails and messages at any time of the day, and we are grateful to have had his, and Central Properties, assistance throughout the build.

Building in a Pandemic. I started my journey in mid June 2020 when I bought my block of land and had a vision of what I wanted my next house to look like.

My search for the builder for my new home brought me to Escape Homes/Central Property and it has been a great experience. Yes, we had delays but that was to be expected; the whole world had shut down. We needed to pivot a few times during the build, and my Site Supervisor Jarrod Biles, ensured I was updated and consulted when needed. I really won the lottery with Jarrod.

I had a custom plan, without the custom price tag. I found the standard inclusions had everything I needed, but I did upgrade quite a few things.

I have been in our home for two weeks now, and after a minor hiccup with a blocked toilet, (which was fixed the same day I reported it), I am so happy with our home. It is exactly as I imagined it to be.

Building a home is not for the faint hearted, but the rewards are definitely worth it. From my experience with Central Property I can recommend them to build a quality home.

Our experience with this company and Escape Homes was great. The staff and director was helpful and communicated well and in a timely manner during the construction process and helped us resolve any hiccups.

The supervisor was very detailed and went the extra mile to give us suggestions on how to maintain the things within and outside the property and ensured that the workmanship was of good quality.

Overall, it was a great experience with the team and its director, Dominic.

Forever grateful to Bing of central Property for helping me build my first home. Still feels surreal that it has been 4 months now since we moved in. It was just MAy last year when I was checking around to see what the house market looks like but with no expectation that I can afford it. Without pre approval, no knowledge about the building process, and no idea about what I want, I am just glad that I found Bing who has been very accomodating, helpful and patient in answering my queries.also when it comes to inclusions, I believe CEntral PRoperty offers unbeatable price. A lot of their standard inclusions are upgrades with other builders.

This company promised the world and then takes first home buyers for a ride … and the excuse is well it wasn’t in the drawings so you have to pay out more. And do not believe them when they tell you certain things in their display homes are what you will get.

Domenic from Central Property was great. He was quick to respond to our calls and concerns and would always call us back straight away if he was busy. Professional and friendly person to deal with.

Escape Homes admin staff were horrible to deal with. Very rude and unprofessional. The only help we got was from Domenic and the site supervisor Jim.
