Central PC Repair Computer Service center

Asked if he had a laptop charger for my specific model, said to come in and see if they fit. Explained I was 40min drive away, so needed to be sure he had one, and offered to give specific pin size of the plug, but he said don't worry he said he has one that will fit. "Are you 100% sure? " "Yep, 100% positive". Needed my laptop the same day but could order some online for postage.

Well, I get there and he had a charger for a similar model that didn't fit, and an acer one that "was definitely the right pin size but must be wrong specs or maybe my laptop got damaged from old charger".

I had a try and could tell that it wasn't a proper fit. Ordered the right charger online and when it came charged fine.

Pretty annoyed I drove all that way for nothing, leaving me no more time to try find one on the day. From other reviews he seems pretty good, but have to leave this. Don't feel like he was being truly honest, seemed happy to lie to get me drive all the way and try see if one could fit, so he could make an easy $30 selling a second hand charger if it did fit. Could have checked the pin size, as I had exact specs. Asus Zenbook isn't close enough, so he didn't look up the model number I gave him either. Occurred to me when I got home that he wasn't being honest, can't really see how this could happen without him lying. Frustrating

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Central Pc Repairs couldnt have been more happier with the service you provided from the first to answer my call from ringing heaps of other places, seeing the computer within 15 mins on the same day I rang, ordering the keyboard that need to be replaced that day, then letting me know the process and what needed to be done and showing me, also other things that would help my computer better perform as it is slow and changing the keyboard in like 15 mins or something so quick and did I mention the price was amazing
compared to other places I have been charged by.also the keyboard took 1 DAY to come how fast So I def will be using your business for any other computer needs I have or know
of anyone else that needs it.

I took my laptop in because it was running slow, he tried a bunch of things to no avail. However since he could not find the problem there was no charge, recommend.

Over the phone they where a little loud but quite good, a bit overpriced but really really good!

OS on my laptop may of been corrupted and I could not update online or through a disk/usb. I asked Ali and he helped me out to re-configure my laptop. He was so friendly and professionally welcoming to myself. I really appreciate his direct and honesty with my situation- he was straightforward with what he would do to help fix my laptop and did what he said he would do (unlike another company I contacted who wanted to diagnose the problem and then put another OS on there and charge expensively for this). It was a very good experience. Completely satisfied with the service. I had some problem with my laptop fan it was getting hot quickly. I tried from other places to fix this but after some day the same problem happened. However, at this place when i fixed my laptop, now its running very well.

Terrible! He reset my window logon password, access my data privacy such as email, pictures, phone number. I handed him like brand new laptop but when I got returned the laptop cover scratch all over place. I asked him why did you reset my window logon password? He could not answer. Therefore customers should think twice before getting repair by this guy.once day your personal information will flow on the internet!

I have got my laptop repaired about 3 weeks back. From yesterday a new problem started to show at the laptop. I took it to them, they have fixed instantly. The best part was at no cost. Highly recommend.
