Been disappointed in this place few times, doctors making small mistakes like forgetting to add things to blood work, and suggesting to stop taking medications to only realise I should have continued to take the medication.then there is the wait… why have appointments if ur not keeping to those appointments. I’ll go elsewhere

Poor services. Always needs to wait more than 1 hour to see doctor whether it is for particular checkup or for sick certificate. Last time I booked my appointment for @1400 had to wait till 1445 for my turn. Disappointed.

Really appreciated Doctor Tunde for not helping us for medical reasons but he really help my family by counseling and sort out many personal problems too.

Had a horrible experience with Dr. Kuku whatever his name is! Very rude, aggressive and disrespectful behaviour. He took an offence when I spoke in my language to my husband. He very rudely told me I’m not allowed to see his notes (that he was typing on the big freaking screen infront of me, that too ABOUT ME as I spoke) when he mistyped about my history of physio sessions I had taken as I pointed out. The whole appointment was a torture. I would never recommend going to this doctor ever!

Warm and friendly staff who were very helpful. Dr. Samuel Inwang was AWESOME! So friendly and actually took the time to examine me and talk to me like a real human. Thank you so much for your care Dr. I recommend this practice very highly!

Waste of time, waited over an hour for appointment, reception gave another person without a booking to see the doctor first.

Doctor is not friendly and likes to make you feel stupid.

I called in to make an appointment as I had the common cold (not the virus, my partner who lives with me had taken the test a few days prior, I explained my situation to the receptionist). When I entered the clinic, I was isolated immediately in an office. After waiting for over 20 minutes I asked the receptionist when the doctor could see me, instead she ushered me back into the office, spraying the room with disinfectant as if I had the virus. She also wouldn’t answer my question, she made me feel like I was extremely disgusting/dirty.
Later I hear the doctor and the receptionist speaking loudly about my situation. I feel uncomfortable and decide to go home.
They make a scene in the office and both tell me off for not calling in when I first came in.
I was not instructed this by the receptionist when I first made the appointment but instead of taking responsibility for her mistake, she sides with the doctor and they both completely put the blame on me.
There needs to be clear practices put into place for safety of the patients. The clinic needs to take responsibility instead of shifting blame conveniently onto patients.

Waiting Period is Disappointed most time’s, other than that dr ogaji is very good and friendly receptionists.

Very very disappointed with the service. I booked my blood test with gp and flu vaccination two days ago. I reached 10 minutes ago my scheduled time. Waited for 40 minutes and then the staff told me I cannot have blood test today as the Time is over as they themselves given me the time for 4: 45pm and she have to go to her daughter. Later when I was leaving she said she can stay back for me even if it's dificult for her. Very very insensitive behavior. I am really very upset.

This clinic is great friendly and helpful receptionist. Dr Ogaji was fantastic he knew straight away what I had (which I have been suffering with for years) and even went above and beyond by printing out all the information from medical site for me to read and how to take care of myself. Thank you so much and so happy to have found your clinic. Should have done this years ago.

I do not mind driving from Dandenong to Sunshine to get medical excellent services from Central Health Clinic.

Highly recommend! Dr Onari and Dr Myra are both excellent doctors - Nurse Blessing, and all of the staff are all terrific also - a welcoming environment. Very happy to have finally found a GP (Dr Ogaji my regular now) who is so thorough, listens and responds appropriately - great sense of humour too - lovely fellow. My partner and I both see him for all of our general health issues. Additionally, Dr Myra has been extremely helpful with some of my personal issues that I would prefer to share with a woman - super helpful. Amazing to have two such excellent local practitioners who bulk bill - very lucky indeed. Never have to wait too long as I call and check if they are running on time - suggest those complaining about wait times adopt this process - too easy, front of house staff always helpful and friendly!

Dr Onari Ogaji, and many other factors regarding public health treatment of patients.has been the reason of my trauma relating to seeing any doctor at all for help. I would recommend against seeing him at all if you have any problems regarding mental health, female related health issues, and anything other then general illness like a cold. Due to him being highly dismissive of patients and the overall care for them. I honestly believe he has no care about his patients and only cares for himself as he stated multiple times in my visits. There are other doctors out there who are multitudes better then this “doctor”.

It was very easy to make an appointment online, there was a little bit of a wait, but I expect that at any surgery, and it is evident that personal time is being spent on each patient and not an express line. The waiting room is simple, comfortable, and spotless, a good first impression walking in the door. Very friendly receptionist.
Dr Ogaji had a great manner and was very thorough. I immediately felt in good hands and trusted him. I had not seen a male Doctor since I was a child due to shocking experiences, so this is a big statement for me. The surgery and treatment room are spotlessly clean as well. I have travelled for years back to an old doctor in another region, having found average clinics and treatment locally, but no more travelling for doctor appointments. I will definitely go back to this clinic, and add my family as well. Thank you.

We have been going there for over a year now and we had nothing but great experience. Sometimes can be crowded in the afternoon so if you can come during morning.

For those who are LGBT+, consider another clinic. Although I can't speak for the other doctors present, Dr. Onari Ogaji was generally dismissive, invasive, and suspicious regarding a simple prescription refill, even though I had four years of previous scripts on file with no issue. He even had me wait an additional hour so he could speak with my original prescribing doctor halfway across Melbourne, before disregarding their approval and denying my refill 'as a precaution'. Against what? It was a script refill. His response was 'Cancer'; yeah, okay.

To top it off, I later received a referral in the mail for another clinic Dr. Ogaji and I had discussed me having already attended, with both incorrect diagnosis information, and incorrect gendered terms/pronouns throughout. What's more, when discussing my experience with a friend, they mentioned having an equally terrible experience dealing with him regarding LGBT issues. Avoid at all costs.

The best experience that I have ever had. Such a nice, friendly and dedicated people in here. Highly recommended!

Overall management of the clinic is very poor. Book an appointment at 6: 45 and I arrived 15mins early but I saw the GP after 1 hour.

Pros: The doctor is very good and he is dealing with patients very well.

Finally met a Dr.with whom I felt like sharing my problem. Dr Onari is far from expectation. Most of the GPs I have seen are either tired as hell or so much in a hurry to go for the next patient (customer for them). But after seeing Dr onari I feel like making him my GP. Thank you Dr onari, Also the receptionist is very poilte and humble.

I can highly recommend this clinic, I have been bringing by son here since he was newborn for all of his injections and check ups. Dr Onari is thorough, clear, compassionate and has a good sense of humour! I have now made central health clinic my go-to local family health clinic.
