I understand Hayden has bought the buisiness. Hopefully he can turn things around. I have a very good agent in MirbooNorth I go to. Same mower. Looked after beutifully no problems runs brilliantly.

Disapointingly things have taken a turn for the worse. Huge staff changes except for Steve the owner of course. And in attitude now.well its the mowers fault of course.its too old.refusing to have anymore to do with it. After a lot of custom over the years.to be told that is really quite average. Wont be back

I recently bought a Husqvarna 540i battery chainsaw and a bunch of accessories (around $1800 worth) from them and went in to buy a Husqvarna 525iB leaf blower. I asked what sort of deal they could make considering what I'd bought already and that I was also considering a 530iP4 pole saw and the young salesman treated me like a rube saying they gave no deals and is was RRP only. Noting that every store is offering some discount, up to $100, I was not impressed. The boss was busy so I walked out. I'll buy from another store now and I've also been looking at Stihl gear.

Thought I was going to have to wait due to them not being able to pick up my new rover rancer which had thrown a drive belt. (2 hours running time). But next morning Josh actual came to me and fixed the belt (I am 20 kms from there store) What great service!

Great store! Great value! And the best service! Have been regularly dealing with Hadyn and very impressed. Hadyn goes above and beyond and is a credit to the business!

Steve really looked after us and we were very happy with the service and advice. He took the time in explaining the details to us which helped us make the right choice. Then the gentleman who delivered our mower was really nice, went through everything with us as it was our first mower, took the time to do that was very friendly also. Big thank you

This is the best store around for all your chainsaw and mower needs, I have a local store where I live but I prefer the morwell store the guys there are always happy to help and polite and very reasonable priced.

Great advice, smooth purchase and strong after sales service.
2 Husqvarna mowers that have had a hard life but just keep on going with GMC's support.
1 ride on, 4 years old and
1 automower, 3 years old.

I needed some parts for my Honda. They had them. Great to see a business that goes out of their way to help. I was also looking to get a 2 Stroke Whipper Snipper. Was shown a few and I brought the recommended Husky. Again what a great service and advise.

Steve and the team are always pleasant to deal with. Will go out of their way to help you with whatever you may need, and are happy to give suggestions when they can't help

This review is a little belated (by about 10 years depending on how you look at it).

the first saw I bought was from this joint, I walked in set on buying a small husky professional grade arborist's saw (the saw needed to be portable in a backpack), but after talking with the bloke and explaining what I wanted to do I was steered towards poulan PRO PP3640 instead A saw that was a quarter of the price of the husky saw I went in for in the same weight and power category and has been reliable to a tee and has done exactly what I wanted it to do, and ten years later is still in my shed and used almost on a weekly basis.last year I went in again set on a pro grade husky 562XP to replace my fathers 262XP (bought new in 1989, and had cut hundreds of meters of firewood by 2018) i figured the latest x62xp was the way to go, but when i explained what i wanted to do, the staff here directed me towards the husky 565 instead, about the same weight (a few hundred grams more) and a little more power than the 562XP, and perfect for what I wanted, I saw that would last another 25 years, despite again they're recommendation being cheaper than what I was set on buying, and likely being a longer lasting saw as the 562XP meaning they were less likely to get me coming back in for repairs they recommended what they genuinely thought was the best saw for my use case, and after a year of firewood harvesting so far I think they were on the money.they've been great with after sales support, gave me great price on the saw to begin with and I'm very happy with my purchases and advice from here, I highly recommend them.

I had a bad experience with an old bloke working here. Rang a few days prior and asked if they did mower blade replacements and got the all clear to come in whenever. Well, when I showed up this guy on the counter acted like I was the biggest inconvience of his life. Making faces at me whilst I was asking if it was a good time for me to bring the mower into the shop and walking away from me and going into a back room whilst I was explaining what type of mower I had.
Ended up walking out the door, not bothering to bring the mower in. Found another place that was patient and respectful. Why would I give this shop my business if they can't even be polite to potential customers?

Service is spot on and happy with my purchase highly recommend the team there for there product knowledge.

Its THE PLACE to go for sure service repairs and a good natter. I wish I could give it 6 Stars.
