We called up the week before and we were able to secure a room. The staff were super helpful organising taxis and giving us ideas in where to go. The rooms were very clean and beds comfy. The Motel is in a fantastic location right next door to the Central Deborah Gold Mine and tourist trams. Although located on the main busy road, noise from the traffic was minimal. We stayed in the Queen Room With Balcony which was spacious and spotlessly clean. We were offered an early check-in and later checkout which was greatly appreciated. The owner was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this Motel when visiting Bendigo.

Very bad customer service. We wasted a lot of time to check in. Staff was very rude and ruined our holiday time. Wouldn't recommend anyone to consider going there.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. No noise from outside main road due to triple glazed windows, I loved that. Owners were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful with places to eat and visit and even just general chats in the car park if they were there. Would easily choose this motel again next time in Bendigo.

This is an excellent Motel, Mark at reception was most helpful and informative on activity in the area and various attractions. Breakfast was very good, hot and delivered right on time. Sara on checkout informed us that next in Bendigo we should book as there are benefits for repeat business. The location is spot on and within easy reach of most attractions. Will certainly return to Deborah Motel and Bendigo. Found everyone very friendly and helpful.
