Decided to try this chicken shop after always walking past it, fantastic chicken that has a nice charcoal flavour and cooked the way charcoal chicken is meant to be. Chips are hot and crispy, and the management and staff were friendly and smiled. I will be back for more!

This is the best chicken anywhere in Melbourne. Beautiful succulent roasted chicken with a choice of 8 salads. Yum
Horrible experience. From the moment we walked into the store we were treated with disrespect. We were judged from the beginning, we were spoken to rudely and he completely ignored us by answering a phone call while we were ordering. Left the store and will never return, really don't want to say it but I hope our dark skin complexion didn't influence his rude attitude. Regardless, there was no customer service or kindness. We were there on the 8th January at 5.30pm.
I ordered a chicken burger. What I got was "Disappointment". Customer service points: NIL. Never again.
Food is great but do not follow their own opening hours. Countless times I've showed up after 10am to find they're still closed or not serving customers. Countless times I've shown up hours before their closing time to see they've already closed up.
And im aware that they aren't open on mondays.
The best thing that happened was Paul became the new owner from that date the shop has been clean, fridge stocked and you can taste the 35 years experience he has with chicken
