Very unprofessional supervisor at CatholicCare, not willing to listen or train you appropriately. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Thou shall not judge! Unless your any type of religious organisation that is! Helping create segregation at it's best,
Jesus treated and helped lepers,
This organisation will refuse to see you if your not jabbed by the devil.
The physiologist associated with my case was very inexperienced anyway and caused more harm than good.
Glad to not be going here

An incompletely run Company's who's employee's do not abide by the Legal Law for the 'Client'. Breaching Legal Law's and Ethics, thus requires Solicitors and IBAC to now investigate the worker's - 2 in the 'Victims Assist program' as well as one CEO who is an 'Economist', and appears to not be correctly running that section of the Company either.
All in all a false and incompetent Company run by CEOs who assume that they are above the Law, for their own pockets. Unfortunately for all at 'CatholicCare' and 'Centercare Housing Services' your worker's and the Company is not going to be looked at with any respect Legaly.

Appalling. Incompetent, vindictive and wholly unprofessional. If you have a choice, choose somewhere else. These people exist for no other reason than to harass and punish welfare recipients for the crime of being unemployed. Their name is highly incongruous, they couldn't give a toss (they may or may not be catholics, I couldn't care less). They're very punctual with their fortnightly phone harassment, but whenever there's a problem (usually caused by them) they're not interested. Avoid.

No understanding of a person who wants to work but carnt thinks I don't want to. Who has very serious and painful ongoing health problems!

After one year at matchworks they’ve already done more for me than Centacare did in 4 years there. Most of the workers see too many clients so the appointments are pretty much in and out without doing any work. As long as you compete your requirements they don’t care. Rose is also completely sexist towards men, which I had confirmed to me by other employees.

These guys will help you get off the ground if you're in trouble. They will point you in the right direction and not waste your time! They have a lot of connections with the local community and are a Great stepping off point.

I have been very happy with my experience with Centrecare Ballarat especially my care worker Natalie. She has been very helpful in every way. I am now in full time employment thanks to her.

Would rate 0 stars if it was an option, have had horrible customer service from many workers there, especially Natalie. She is very rude and doesn't seem to want to help people, have had countless problems with her and I know many other people who've had the same treatment. Very disappointed with the lack of understanding towards need of those who are struggling with financial problems who need Centacare or perhaps a better job agency to find work, have been with them for over 6 months and have not had a single recommendation of an available job.
Would rather stand in line at Centrelink for 6 hours than deal with the workers at Centacare for 10 minutes, absolutely appalling.

Offers no support whatsoever nor do they find you jobs.they expect liability to lie with you alone to find work.no information about skills training or upgrading your education.they also have no idea about there own procedures and are very judgemental about certain industries.worst job network i have ever known.

Very poor customer service.
A smile and cheerful greeting isn't hard, and could possibly make for a better day.
