Cellcast SMS & MMS Platform

Staff were very knowledgeable about the product services and guided me through the process well

After doing a whole bunch or research on an email to SMS marketing service, I came upon Cellcast. The fact its so well supported in Australia is the first plus. The fact that so far it works seamlessly and intuively is another (well two actually).

So far I cant fault it - it works just as it claims it will. Fantastic!

The one thing that I feel could be improved is a simpler and more straightforward approach to their pricing and credit system.

We have had so many problems with Cellcast from numbers being completely shut down for hours on end, to MMS not working at all and very slow replies from Stefan, if we are lucky to get a reply at all. The service is shocking and has cost us thousand of dollars in potential business. Avoid at all costs if you want smooth, reliable service
