10Beware. Sold me a corked bottle of wine, I returned within 15 minutes with quarter of a glass missing and they wouldn’t exchange and became argumentative because the “bottle was open and they couldn’t resell it”. There’s plenty of bottle shops in the area to use instead.

The mangers name is Bill, and he's nearly always there. He's extremely polite, very smart, and always ready to help. Anything you ask he'll tell you, with truthfulness, fortitude, and a direct answer. What he doesn't know, well he finds our right away, so he's ready if anyone ever asks him that again.
The only things, there's no delivery, or online ordering, just in shop purchases. However the range is vast, astonishing, whether it's $2 bottle of cider, or an $800 bottle of scotch, Bill's got it all and everything in between.
To my way of thinking, it's easily the best bottle shop in Point Cook, by far. Won't be beaten on price, and if he doesn't have it, he'll get it.

New owner/manager is Tommy, and every bit as competent, just as good old Bill was before. Tommy has expanded the range even further, and just yesterday when I was there, had two pallets at front of shop, which he was unstacking, and many new and wondrous drinks were on them!
Still and as always, 100% recommended to all. Even drive some distance if you need to, as I can assure you, the trip will definitely be worth it friends.
Tommy is a nice & great guy! The staff are all friendly and nice. They got a lot varieties in different price range! Just a great place ; no cons.
Wrong order constantly and banged up mouldy boxes every time I get casks, and they smell. Also worker says manager only in once a week and won't connect me, refuses to discuss issue and hung up on me when I questioned refund or replacement for incorrect order then wouldn't pick up phone, had to go through doordash for replacement who also couldn't contact worker so now unsure what I'm going to receive on redelivery

Only place around Point Cook to get great Sri Lankan beer such as Strong & Lion (8.8 alc%). Good collection of beers and wine. Staff is friendly and helpful. They need more deals on beer though.
