Friendly Service! The staff here always say “Hello”! I have had a stoke and they always make me feel welcome.

Always a friendly greeting and “Nick’s picks” are always spot on. Amazing array of quality wines, food and essentials.

Generally the service here is very good and met with a smile, but the older guy that was on this evening was rude.

I'd give more stars if I could. Very good product variety (including lots of gourmet products that you won't get in Wollies or Coles) but it's not just that- the Staff is definitely what makes this place special. I'm always happy to come back and have a chat. Couldn't be more happy with my local store!

I have a disability and the owner made fun of me and made my experience in the store a really upsetting one, he made me feel really small and he dehumanised me.

As convenient as a convenience store can get, the storekeepers are very friendly and always ready to help or chat and toss a smile into the mix for good measure.

Asked the teller what a good drop of pinot noir was and he pointed me to a $20 bottle so I grabbed it without hesitation because they generally know what they're on about. Get home and it's a give away xmas bottle from ROCH and tastes like rat piss. Proud to call it my local until this point. Would give zero starts if I could. Cheeky rat bag

Expensive if you're just popping to get groceries (but that's what you expect from a convenience store), however the staff are all so lovely!

Since Cellarbrations opened for business in early 2018 I haven't bothered with tipple, I don't mind the short walk if it means I can have a chat with the friendly staff. The owner has personally assisted my wife and mother in law carrying groceries and often gives my 3 year old daughter a free chuppa chup. He's given me free bottles of milk just because they were a few left which would expire the following day. The service offered at this small convenience store is unbelievable! A great range of wine, beer and spirits along with everything from snacks to more general necessities. A great shopping experience!

Excellent selection, good prices. Plenty of wine, beer and spirits with great selection of random assorted household goods and pantry items. Great addition for residents of St Kilda Road.
