Cellarbrations

I was in there yesterday buying some alcohol, the woman who served me lacked customer service, through the whole process she was too busy talking on her phone. Very rude

My friend ordered something for my birthday through their website which accepted the transaction 2 days before (25/4), and the delivery was stated to be on a specific day within a specific timeframe (27/4 10am to 1pm) but didn't get it on the day itself.

After a good 5 hours of waiting, tried to ring them on Cellarbrations Cranbourne North, couldn't get through and was just redirected to the voicemail for a good 20minutes.

When finally reached them at Cellarbrations Cranbourne North today on 27/04/2022 at 18: 50h, the female staff came across as rude, dismissive and extremely unhelpful, basically just said she didn't know what we were talking about, asked us to either pick up ourselves or chase up the delivery courier.

As far as we are concerned, my friend ordered through Cellarbrations online system for a delivery, it’s not our job to pick it up or follow up with their courier for a non-fulfilment of order.

There should be a minimum standard of professional service from the staff and clear protocols to follow up on couriers, instead of placing this responsibility on customers who order for delivery through their online platform.

This has been such a disappointing and terrible experience of Cellarbrations. There was basically no celebration for my birthday, and ruined my friend’s wishes for me. This is simply not acceptable for Cellarbrations that’s supposed to have a passion for celebrating life’s special moments, according to their motto and a commitment to delivering quality and personalised service.

For the 2nd time no delivery received! They take your money but don't refund. Don't rely on them! Ever

Terrible place to shop! The rudest staff ever, be careful to avoid this "non asian woman" there for u to avoid bad experience.

Not to mention the price rip off!

Not to sure why the negative comments but I went in today thinking I would have to settle for a overpriced bottle of wine but left with something that was good and a very reasonable price, I was also happy with the selection they had on offer.

The staff member that served me (Michael) was very pleasant and helpful. He even carried my beer to my car for me. They are very interactive with the community as well.

Best shop to buy beers. Imported from overseas beers big difference buying bottled in Aus and brewed and bottled overseas. Best Price.no doubt best in area. I travel 10 kilometres to buy from them

If you know the market prices and search the aisles you will always find a good bottle with a good price!

Amazing customer service, clean and easy to locate items and even if you need a hand with finding someone they’ll be there within a second, plus if you are buying alot and need help with carrying it to your car they’ll even offer to help you, not many stores do that. Prices are amazing also. Personally don’t drink much but whenever i go there they’re amazing and they defs take care of you
