Store had extensive variety of products and colours however service could definitely be improved.was happily welcomed and ushered by the male staff, looked at some wallets and bags.staff was very responsive and nice, until he asked which wallet i wanted to get but i was only window shopping that day.staff’s behaviour immediately changed, went on his phone, answered questions without showing a care, and was way too focused on his phone to give eye contact or even say bye when we left.

Recently visited the Celine David Jones store I was kindly greeted by Wendy and her team. Not only did Wendy make me feel welcomed to the store she also provided me with some of the best customer services. She accommodated my needs and was helpful to find some beautiful women’s bag options. When I was need to try for other options of women’s bag Wendy was onto it straight away, and also provided me drinks with some lovely macarons sweet treats. I was extremely impressed with the service I received, it definitely made my time in Celine David Jones an experience. Thank you ever so kindly for the wonderful service Wendy I’ll definitely be back

Being in Perth, my shopping experience was mostly through chatting with one of the sales assistants. Nhi Mai was professional yet very personable, making the whole experience super easy. My item was checked thoroughly (even had videos and pictures of it sent to me!), packed securely and shipped out without delay. Highly recommended, and thanks again!
