CELINE CHADSTONE MELBOURNE

Quite a DISAPPOINTING experience today at the chadstone store to be honest. Waited 20 mins for the sales lady to get me a new stock of a wallet, (told to wait 5 mins), which was fine anyway. But, later got told that was a mistake in the system, and there was no new stock left.

I asked whether she could check the stock at Collins street store, she said they do have stock there, but somehow she was not willing to give them a call tmr and reserve it for me. Instead, she insisted that I should call them myself, without letting me know the reason.

Ok, things got a little upsetting here. Not the best way to spend your precious 20 mins on a happy, Friday night, isn’t it?:)

If you looking experience for shopping, stay avoid. Poor quality item and they would only wish to sell you bags and clothing. Very disappointed with the purchase as sales did have no understand of their product. David Jones in city is better

I put full deposit for the new collection in 16th September. The staff told me they will delivery the bag to me in mid of October. Till now I get nothing. No message no email of course no bag. I called them and leave message never get response. What I can do? I live in Brisbane I can’t fly to Mel just for the bag.

Top notch service from Celine staff. I went in to check out sunglasses and was served by Bowen and Emily. Both were polite, friendly and helpful. Bowen offered constructive comments and helped me decide on the right pair. We had a good chat too. While Emily was processing my purchase, Bowen showed me some of their newly launched perfume and gave me two small sample bottles of the one I like. Thank you Bowen and Emily for making my experience a pleasant and memorable one!

Spoke to the manager in this store about a damaged item who took my details (even though I'm on their systems?) and advised I would receive a phone call through the week. It's been over a week and I've not received a single call. Terrible customer service. Cheaply made sunglasses, despite the very high prices. They will tell you to go to OPSM for a repair of lenses (corregated after one use), and even for basic resizing. Will not be purchasing from here again.

We were supposed to have a one-to-one sales service for us, but our sales just looked at us and just leave us and talk to other sales.

They kindly greeted us even when we arrived late time. All the staff were friendly, and I wanted to leave a note saying thank you.

Not the best but not the worst customer service. What bring the marks down as my oval purse bag do not come with a box. I requested a box but the answer was they never usually pack with box unless there's extra, and what is left over now is too big for my bag. This is disappointing and confusing standard on how they judge which bag should deserve a box. I really miss the experience in Paris and Colin, Melbourne CBD, at least my small wallet is well-packed.

So, if you are someone who prefers to keep ur bag with a box or would love it comes with a box. You can consider to check with them before you swipe your card. Good Luck!

Celine Chadstone probably has the best customer service out of all the luxury brands. Very friendly and helpful staff! Whether you’re just browsing or looking to purchase something in particular you will be helped with the same attitude! Will definitely be back in store.

Wasn't greeted or acknowledged by about 8 staff that were working in there who seemed more interested in having a chat. No one was interested in helping out and was quite disappointed by the lack of customer service.

Wasn't the best customer service, but wasn't the worst. You really had to go in there and ask for what you want. Wasn't greeted and the group of sales staff are all Asian and sit around and talk in Chinese amongst themselves which is quite rude.

I walked in to the store to get some advice for my damaged bag handles due to poor storage, the SAs are very knowledgeable and tried their best to help me. The manager even gave me a paper bag particularly made for that style to store my bag, knowing that it wasn't even purchased from them.
