Absolutely fantastic experience at Celine Collins str, Melbourne. Ask for Seepair and you won’t be disappointed. I wish all sales associates will be like her. Very friendly, down to earth and knows the brand so well. Very helpful and sweet. Felt in love with the brand even more so went back the week after for more stuff. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service. So judgemental and don't even have standard European shoe sizing. So rude and follow you around the store scoffing when you ask for other sizes.

Plenty of other beautiful stores in Melbourne or online where you can feel welcome and the experience is worth the price tag.

I was served by Seepair and she was lovely, genuine and helpful. As soon as I walked into the store, she greeted me and even made me really comfortable browsing. At no point did I felt judged or pressured to make a purchase compared to the previous times with a different SA. Seepair certainly made my first Celine purchase a pleasant experience and I will definitely come back for my next purchase only if I’m served by her again. If you’re after the best care and customer experience, I would highly recommend Seepair!

I went in to check out sunglasses but they didn't have the one I am after in stock. The girl assisting me was nice and friendly. She helped me check out the stock at the other store. Although I didn't spend much time in there I am very happy with their service:)

The asian guy that work here makes me & my partner doesn’t wanna shop in Celine Collins st. I ended up buying online of what I’m after. He’s giving me like do you even have money to come here vibes. The girls working in Chadstone are better. That dude need a proper training.

Nicholas is amazing. He made us feel so welcomed and made the whole experience memorable. He patiently answered all our questions and showed all the different types of bags. Even though, I didn’t end up purchasing a bag from the store, he directed us to another store which had the one I wanted. If you ever want a fantastic experience, go to Nicholas.

I’ve been a Celine customer for years. This was the worst shopping experience of my life. Luz was incredibly rude and I had to walk out. Staff need re-training.

Emma is such a kind shop assistant making sure she’s attending to you for all your needs and visit to the store. Made the experience of visiting the store really enjoyable.
