Really pleased with the tattoo. It was done very professionally and quick. They worked with me in what I wanted. I seen Steven who has some sick art work. I will be for sure coming back to see him, he is super friendly and the environment felt clean and healthy. I had no intentions on the day getting a tattoo until I seen the facility and how sick it looked. I’ll be for sure going back to get another one, Steven gave me his instagram so we can work together on getting another tattoo of something I want in his designs

I recently had the pleasure of getting a tattoo at Celebrity Ink, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As someone who values both quality artwork and a professional atmosphere, I can confidently say that Celebrity Ink exceeded my expectations in every way.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel welcome and at ease. The artists at Celebrity Ink are true masters of their craft, with an exceptional eye for detail and an undeniable talent for creating breathtaking tattoos. Their expertise and creativity truly shine through in every piece they create.

In general the service is fine but I truly believe you’re paying more for the franchise than for what your end result is. Their structure of booking is different and you’re not consulting with the tattoo artist that’s going to be doing your piece - you’re booking in with the receptionist who puts your “general” design into a formula that generates a quote automatically. They weren’t overly willing to help us fix what was mis-communicated between our consultation and our end result, even though it was simply to add some text in cursive. Everyone was nice enough and No one was out right nasty and at no point were we uncomfortable, but the overall feeling was that all the employees were there to do a job and get paid rather than to help people bring their creative visions to life on their skin.

Disappointed to be honest, I had colour put into my tattoo and the artist never told me that the colour may not take to my skin. That was not discussed on my first appointment. Had a touch up and still the results is not up to standard and now have blotchy ratio with scar tissue. Make sure you ask questions regarding colour. I’m extremely disappointed. Going to another tattoo get it fixed. Not recommended

I went in yesterday to get my hand and wrist tattooed, upon arrival the service was professional and friendly.the staff walked me through my design choices and kept the price reasonably close to the initial quote I was given at consultation even though it was slightly larger than the original reference. The girl who tattooed me was also really nice and took her time making sure everything was perfect which was greatly appreciated. All in all I'm extremely happy with the way my tattoo came out and how well everything went, I will definitely be back again!

I have just die. Tattoo today; artist was good but the price is too high. Have got written quote and work was done accordingly still have been charged extra over their base price. I have booked in short notice still if I would have waited 4 days then another shop artist have done that in 20%less than what they have charged.

Absolute joke.received a written quote for a tattoo only to go there ready to book it in and get told the written quote I received had now more than doubled in price.

I have got two tattoos done here. The first one is excellent the girl who had done it is very good and went back for my 2nd tattoo. I have the guy my design but he printed his own from the internet because i couldn’t airdrop it to his mobile. Then he didn’t even recognise what it’s, I was thinking of changing my mind. My tattoo is obvious and anyone can recognise it and he messed it up. Don’t recommend.

My experience was awesome, much time was given to drawing up my design until i was completly happy with it, the staff were very friendly, my artist was amazing, the finished product went above my expectations! I would highly recommend celebrity ink

My partner and I came in to get our daughters name tattooed, who recently passed away and we had Jorjia complete them. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and the shop as a whole. She was so friendly and our tattoos turned out better than we expected and for such an amazing price as well. The lady that booked me in was also amazing, she was so caring and helpful, even gave me a hug after I told her why we were getting the tattoos. Honestly such a great experience I cannot fault them whatsoever!

Worst experience. Wasn’t happy with my tattoo as it just looks like a blob. They requested for me to delete my review as they were willing to try fix it. After having a chat with them about my options all they wanted to do was give me 10% of my next tattoo with them! As if I would want to come back after getting what I had done. Will never be back here again: (wasted 450 on something u can even read properly

Got an awesome dragon on my forearm, tattooed by Jivan today. Absolute pro. Told him what I wanted. We worked out a design together. His tattooing technique is excellent, he has a master’s touch. He incorporated the colours I wanted beautifully and the result is flawless. Thank you bro. I love it. Girls at the front are friendly and professional and know their artists well. I highly recommend Jivan and this shop.

I booked in to be tattooed by Quang for a simple wedding band tattoo. My booking was confirmed by the company with a different artist, which I was ok with. When I arrived to my appointment I was handed over to an apprentice tattoo artist who I was not prepared to see or who I was confirmed with (I only found out he had been tattooing for 6 months once the tattoo session had begun). I was still ok with this as the tattoo I wanted was a simple straight line across my finger.
I understand we all need to start from somewhere and we can only learn from physically completing the task/tattoo however, it has been 6 days since I was tattooed. My finger is infected, swollen, red, throbbing and very painful. Majority of the ink as dropped out, due to the infection the tattoo site is now a crevice in my finger, chunks of my skin have come off and I am quite frustrated.

As I said we all need to start from somewhere, but for a client to book in with someone they want to see due to their skills and knowledge, to then be hand-balled to another tattoo artist, and then on the day hand-balled again leaves me feeling very disappointed. I have tattoos on my back, legs, ribs, arms, and face and have never once had an infection, such trauma caused to my skin or so much ink fall out, let alone in 6 days! Nothing against the tattoo artist I received, however I am very disappointed in such a well known company treating a client so poorly.

I have been to Celebrity Ink several times now and as always the customer service is exceptional by all staff, I highly recommend Celebrity Ink Highpoint and ill be back again.

Very well organised, professional and friendly team. Made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in and helped me with my needs. They answered all my questions and helped me feel confident with the type of tattoo I wanted and the location of it. Overall really happy with the service, will be coming back to get more tattoos from here. The tattoo is in Great quality and have had no issues. The price matches perfectly for what you will be getting, would rather pay for something that I know will be good and this is the place to go. Thank you to everyone who assisted me and look forward to seeing you guys again in the near future.

Walked in without a booking. All the staff were extremely helpful from the front desk reception to all the tattoo artists. I had this absolutely rad cat Dylan doing my first tattoo.
