Thank you for my amazing tattoo. Right from the start I was well taken care of. My inputs were taken into consideration about the design and placement. In terms of hygiene it’s definitely a 10/10. Making the reservation itself was an ease as I did it via Instagram and they were super accommodating. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I am definitely leaving a happy and definitely returning customer

Rhi was incredible at the front. Very kind, very bubbly, made me feel right at home. Even though she was so busy and I didn’t see her stop; she made time for me and all the others getting tattooed. Honestly. She made this experience for me.

I was getting a comic book sleeve panel. Artist made a mistake by drawing a line accidentally. When I told him I wasn't happy, he said he had seen comic books with a line like that. He then tried to fix it up by adding more lines, but made it look worse and some of the lines weren't straight as he did it by free hand. I didn't have the guts to complain as I am not a confrontational person and hate arguing or complaining. I had to cancel my appointment the next day (today). I am going to another tattoo place to finish my half sleeve. The worst thing a tattoo artist can do is make a mistake and then try and justify it. I know I should've complained on the day. I didn't want to pay. I just didn't want to make a fuss in public. When I woke up today I was really angry because I realised this would be on my body for the rest of my life. I paid full price, plus they charged me a deposit for today's session which I had to cancel. I'm aware that if I had complained I might have gotten some compensation. But I get anxious complaining, and it wouldn't help because this would still be on my body for the rest of my life. I had my first tattoo ever at celebrity ink, and was happy with my first tattoo. But this ruined it for me and won't be coming again.

Had my second tattoo done here, all staff were very welcoming. Overall, a great experience!
