Caveat Emptor CCM Facilities. CCM Facilities were awarded the building management contract to our relatively new building (330 units) on St Kilda Road in Oct 2018. Fortunately there was a 6 month probation period in the contract and it was terminated by the OC in March 2019, the reasons being: 1. Very poor service. 2. Building not adequately maintained (eg rubbish accumulation, air conditioning not repaired, defects not attended, poor security) 3. Repairs and maintenance costs far in excess of reasonable budget. 4. Unauthorised work. But it appears the main reason the contract was terminated was that Dogan Cokacar despite mutliple requests refused to submit original invoices from service providers to the facilities manager or the OC and instead submitted his own invoices. This raises the questions. 1. Were the services/repairs actually provided? 2. What was the real cost of these services/repairs? (Did Mr Cokacar add a significant amount to them before submitting his own invoices?) 3. Were the tradesmen qualified? What work was actually done? Are warranties on supposedly serviced/repaired equipment still valid or have they been voided by unauthorised, unqualified work? If you have this company as your building manager be very wary and start asking questions of your OC and facilities manager. If you are on an OC thinking of new building managers please do your homework.

I have used CCM for along time, now for various trades and works through the construction industry and have found all there trades to be well qualified and have all the correct licenses,
There work ethic is punctual reliable and there housekeeping on site has been great, I have no hesitation recommending there services to anyone as I'm confident they can deliver on there promises as they are a one stop shop for any services you can think of being it maintainace or construction works,

CCM Facilities have always provided a prompt and reliable service. The team goes above and beyond to assist and ensure that the end result is achieved at the highest standard. Would recommend them to anyone looking for facility management services for either residential or commercial properties.

Called CCM to arrange a pressure wash of our commercial car park, they were on site within 2 days and removed all tyre marks and oil spills, the car park looked brand new once they were done. Really prompt, and really good service. Will definitely be using them again.

I got the team at CCM to install a security system at my house in thomastown, they did an amazing job and was fairly priced. Would highly recommend.

The management of CCM facilities were busted for embezzlement a few years ago, they just reopened the business under a new name. They (still) manage my building, and they're up the same old tricks. They issue charges for services they do not deliver, refuse to respond to critical maintenance issues for years on end, and when they eventually do fix something, they refuse to send qualified tradesmen. I just wish I could read the sinking fund accounts, since the same people are involved in the body corporate.

Raising complaints about their service with the manager, Dogan Cockakar, led to a tirade of abuse and threats to jack up my fees again. He has carried this threat through before. Avoid this company, they're nepotistic parasites who have no regard who they steal from.
