Anyone else had problems with this place I’ve called up multiple times to claim my super and they keep saying they will get back to me ether by calling me or by email and I never hear back from them?

The worse company to have your super with! They prolonged your application withdrawal and never informed you what your missing documents. You sent in all what the documents as requested still not enough! This company trying to hold back your money until all the hidden fees taken out and you have left with nothing! If I can give them a 0 i would! Most scammer company to be with.

This morning I popped into CBus in Melbourne to pick up a brochure on income stream products. I ended up talking to Michelle about this for 45 minutes. She was clear and concise in her explanations, answered my questions, and was friendly and professional.

For multibillion dollar superannuation company they have the lowest number of staff on the books. I have been dealing with them for the last three years to withdraw my super and I always got the same people in three years.
If you want to withdraw from C-Bus don't trust the digital identification procedure, just get your documents attested by a justice of peace and hand deliver it at the office in your capital city. Ink on documents and hand delivered to the office in your local office is the fastest way of withdrawing your hard earned money.
Demand a personal case officer they can afford it with the amount they charge you for your Insurance and Total and permanent disability insurance, which is a scam and doesn't pay out.

Need help with ID verification so I went to LVL 19 /130 Lonsdale street and walked in to be greeted by Suzan. CBUS MANAGEMENT, this lovely woman is a total credit to your organisation, she was so helpful, understanding and deserves all the recognition she can be given and some. Work ethics are second to non after going above and beyond to help me through a process of 5 mins and got me over the line and on the other hand in which your customer service phone team couldn't even give me a straight answer and that was after backwards and forward communication with them over a period of 2 weeks.

Worst customer service ever no one actually knows their own processes told different things every time I call. Lodge complaints and request call backs and have never had one call back terrible terrible terrible. Been with them for over 25 years but will be looking for another fund asap

Worst fund management company I’ve ever dealt with. They can’t complete a basic task as a fund rollover into a SMSF. Dozens of phone calls to customer service and emails with above and beyond identification documents signed and verified by Vic pol but still there incompetence never ceases to amaze! I have an active smsf bank account approved and verified by the ATO and my accountant but still refuse to rollout my funds. I’ve had to escalate the matter with the financial ombudsman which is totally unnecessary…. Avoid Cbus at all costs, poor communication and have only one contact phone number and one email address that’s for general inquiries. No case manager or team leader to communicate with! Closing accounts and done with this company.

I recently dealt with Michelle at cbus super, and found her extremely helpful. She really knew her stuff and had the ability to explain things very clearly and concisely.

If l can give a ZERO l would. This has been the worst experience ever on every possible level.
My father has been trying to get his superannuation out since MAR 2020 it is now NOV 2020!
Do not put your superannuation with these guys, they do everything in their power to delay the process. They could have told us what was required at every step of the way, but they just ask for one thing - delay it - then ask for another thing - and then delay it until 8 months has passed and they are still asking for documents when we have given it to them 3 times over.
I honestly have never dealt with such an unprofessional rude superannuation fund.
Place your super elsewhere! Imagine nearly one year to get it out at retirement. NEARLY ONE YEAR!
I have read the other reviews and l hear you loud and clear.

I spoke to Amy on the phone for about 27 minutes, where I asked mulitiple times to speak to a a manger to help me, and she just kept ignoring my questions and being rude. At the end of the call she stopped recording the call and hung up on me. Will defintiely change supers, I dont recommend anyone going with CBUS.

Unable to get through to call centre 2 days in a row. Between the hrs of 9am-5pm. Extremely poor service when we need it most.

I've been trying to get early release of my super money due to COVID 19 and its taken way too long. No one contacted me to advise me what I needed to provide this company then when I provided what was requested I still heard nothing. I called to follow up and find out that my email is still sitting in their inbox and no one had attended to it as yet. Apparently one of the pictures of my licence was not clear enough so I sent another in while I was on the phone and they said that it takes them 2 hours to receive an email! I will call back in a couple of hours to make sure someone attends to this today because I want my money! If your trying to get early release of super make sure you hound them or you will be waiting a very long time for your funds.
