Best restaurant in Venus Bay. Well, it's the only one. The food is actually good. The meat is gorgeous and sourced locally. Choices of local wine too

Staff were rude, there is a sign out the front saying breakfast till 12 we tried to order breakfast at 11: 15 being told they don’t do breakfast after 10: 30 and was very rude about this. Food was disappointing

TASTY woodfired pizzas, which we ended up taking away due to the rainy weather that evening (restaurant was full, being Easter)
Live music was good and added to the overall vibe too. Pet friendly too (outside area)

The cavity … more like the root canal. This place is painful. Staff (older lady with glasses) was a diva I think. Why seat 7 people on a crammed table and give paying customers attitude when you have to push through and blame them.
And the burger…. That was more like a Dutch poffertje with meat inside.

Great staff and very friendly, i witness a staff member being met by a grumpy man and she handled it well. Food was yummy and reasonably priced for the VB location. Local live music went off

Surprising little restaurant/bar/ cafe, very easy to drive past. Very glad we stopped in for dinner. Authentic, friendly staff. Great live music. Seasonal Spanish inspired menu or wood fired pizzas. Indoor and outdoor seating in a seaside village environment. Great selection from the bar. Reasonable prices for the quality you will experience. Perfect! The overall experience was one of the best we have had dining out in a long time.

Shows it’s open, and information updated a week ago. Arrived from Melbourne only to find out the shop it closed during business hours 2pm. No cool

They have vegan cheese for their pizzas and the chef also made us a vegan platter. The mushroom pizza was amazing!

This place goes off. I was down from Melbourne and went on a Sunday night. There were ppl everywhere. The food was amazing and great entertainment. Outdoor dining was great too

We were staying at the caravan park and decided to go for a walk. We ended up back at Cavity, which serves cold beer and wine. So after a coldie, decided to try their food. Not a lot to choose from, but something for everyone on the menu.
Well prepared, fresh tasty food, could not fault. (Not cheap, but generous serves of great food!).
We will definitely be back later.

4.3 star average is unders for this joint. Have eaten here 5-6 times and this place does not miss. Locals and chefs also very friendly. Highly recommend

Fantastic find in the tiny village of Venus Bay.
We had venison wonton soup, scallop and salami skewers and a seafood pizza. All really good.
They also have more traditional pies and schnitzels which I'll be back to try another day.
Blues playing in the background topped it off.
Fab.

Although this is a pizza restaurant Mondays are Parma nights only. What a great variety of Parma choices!

Stopped by on a rainy day for lunch and was not disappointed. Warm and comfy with friendly service and potentially one of the best chicken schnitzels I've ever had! The steak was good too. I found the dressing on the side salad a bit too acidic, but not altogether unpleasant. I'll definitely be back if I'm holidaying in the area again.

Chicken pizza was to die for.whole family was extremely happy so we had to go back for dinner. Strongly recommend this place. Amazing food, great service and good atmosphere.

We came by for a late lunch based on other reviews and the pizzas were fantastic! Thin crust with generous, quality ingredients. Staff were so friendly too. Would come back for those pizzas! May have started eating before taking photos…:)

What a lovely experience. The paella we had Friday and seafood pizza on Saturday was exceptional.
