Caulfield Primary School reviews
10Fantastic school, friendly staff and everybody knows each other.older kids are amazing with youngers and very welcoming!
I went here a while ago dang I should've wrote a review while I was still at the school, oh well.
Anyways when I did go to this school I loved it. I learnt so many things which I can still easily remember and utilize in my daily high school life. I'd like to thank all the kind teachers at this school for helping me and giving me a useful education. Everyone was super friendly and I got along with most people, as they were all fun to talk to. If you wanna have a great time and learn a lot, I'd totally recommend going to this school.
I think CPS is a acceptional school and good for those who are interested in learning Japanese.
It is a welcoming school! The people here are friendly and very nice. There are no bullies and all the teachers are encouraging and friendly! It is very easy to make friends here! Definitely great school!
This school is exceptionally kind and welcoming! The teachers are extremely kind and amazing! I truly recommend attending this school.
We've loved the move to CPS from private school, with supportive teachers and a great community feel. The bilingual immersion program is excellent and a rewarding part of any child's education. Can't speak highly enough of the teachers and principal Mr Gray, who are always happy to assist.

Don't send your kids here.this school is horribly over populated, many of the teachers admitted to hating their job to students, many of the students are bullied constantly and the school does nothing.
And all most all of the alumni's I know who went to this school have since dealt with depression one killing them self and an other trying to (I'm not blaming CPS for their depression but schools are responsible for the mental health of their students.)
The principal Peter Grey cares more about the schools public image then the students at least 4 times a year all the students has to do some sort of PR for the school
Speaking of Peter he's the biggest bully in the school calling over weight students "fatty".
A good example the kind off work he did at one point the school had a total of 6 working computers and no IT guy shard between the 300 students in the 2010s both students and stuff were telling him to get more but he didn't. But someone told him that it's trendy to use modern tech at schools so he bought 3 dozen Ipads and installed bunch edutainment games then acted like he solved the problem
My daughter will finish her time up at the school this year and we've had nothing but a great experience. I'm not sure what time frame the previous reviewer is referring to but we are in our 7th year at the school and there have been no such issues
What with the school not being able to keep a principal, the chronic headlice infestation, and allergations of child abuse and sexual abuse linked to non teaching staff (cleaners, and before/after-care carers) this would be the very last school in the area that i would recommend to any parents. I was also very surprised at the amount of bullying that occured at such a small school. I knew of at least 8 families who withdrew their kids from the school during my time their for one or more of the reasons outlined above.
