Caulfield Park reviews
45Great park all round. Plenty of off lead dog space, great areas for kids, separate dogs on lead only areas and nice gardens and lawns for picnics.
I love Caulfield park. It's a huge park that caters for anything feom dog walking, children, soccer, cricket, jogging and picnics. Strongly recommended on a warm day for a visit.
This is definitely one of the better suburban parks. It's quite large and is a great place for a lunch time or weekend break, a sit at the small lake, or a stroll or walk with your pooch. There's BBQ facilities, table and seating, toilets, shade, playgrounds, outdoor fitness equipment, a walking path, a tennis club, a bowling club, as well as a number of sports fields.
As well as being well laid out and well maintained, it's well located and close a number of good coffee shops. It's a fun and very relaxing place.
Great park to walk dogs and play tennis or golf swing practice. Ducks, geese and swans occasionally there.
Beautiful park with lots of space. There's a pond for ducks, geese and other birdlife. An aviary and a bandstand. Exercise stations. Croquet and bowls. Large playing fields. And somewhere there's a cafe which I haven't found yet.
After Fitzroy Gardens this is my favourite park.
Love the walk, the trees and shade. The ducks are a great addition and I can’t wait to see the creepers on the new arbor when they are fully grown!
Lovely, spacious park with lots of beautiful trees. There’s a nice track that goes around the entire park if you would like a longer walk, but plenty of space to sit down (both benches and on the grass) if you’re just here to enjoy some time outdoors. Lots of parking here and there are toilets and playgrounds. Many birds by the lake. Definitely would recommend a visit!
It's clear this is a popular choice with many people enjoying the well planned walkways and grass areas. Great time to visit now as the geese have new additions to the family and are happy for the attention.
Something for everyone, a park, sports facilities, a dog park, duck pond and children's playgrounds.
The most beautiful park so far. I love taking my dog there. Lots of things to see. Beautiful ponds!
Beautifully kept park. Great for dogs and their owners for socialising. Lots of sporting activities available.
One of the most beautiful and expansive green play ground In Melbourne.the meeting rooms are state of the art venues with lovely sweeping views of the playground.
A friendly vibe, a lot of geese and pups playing. This beautiful park has a lot of elements going for it. Thus it's quite busy sports on the weekend! Playgrounds! Water fountains. Being your furry friend! Read book in the park, place on the courts! You want to enjoy the outdoors go to Caulfield park
Lovely walking track with Many big trees and a lake with geese duckies and pigeons galore a realy nice park and across the road is an awesome Pizza shop who makes healthy wholemeal based pizzas hmmm yummm
All in one place.peaceful green, full of ducks. Anyone can just go there and seat or for jogging as there is track round the park.
Massive, beautiful park, with a ton of sports fields, tennis courts, running track, dog runs and beautiful place to relax and let off steam!
I don’t think I have ever noticed Caulfield Park looking so green and vibrant. It was a warm but not stinking-hot Sunday in March. There were people out in the sun reading books on the grass. There was a jazz band setting up on the band stand. The ducks and geese were playing in the water. The bees where buzzing around the flowers. What a site!
It is big and there are different areas: sports, toddlers, kids, bbq. You can spend the whole day here and never get bored. One of the kids playground is very fun. No monkey bar though.
Very beautiful place to be. Lots of space for children to play and family picnic as well. My daughter loved looking at the ducks and geese and played in the play ground. It's very calm and relaxing and the sunset looks very beautiful.
