Cattleya Thai Massage & Waxing (Lonsdale St) Melb CBD

It was my first Brazilian waxing in my life. It was in just 15 minutes, and when I got home, I saw a huge bruise on my right bikini line. And there were a lot of thin hairs. It was really painful and the procedure wasn't done very thoroughly i think. My first Brazilian waxing was terrible. I will never go to this shop again.

Ice was my masseuse and she was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had a massage done by Nice yesterday and was probably one of the best massages I’ve had in a while!
She was so friendly and assessed me before even beginning the massage. She also spent more time in areas that I wanted and needed more attention in.
Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Melbourne!

Booked in to use a spa finder voucher and confirmed over the phone that it was still able to be used as I wasn't able to book online with the voucher. The lady said yes that is fine and booked in, on arrival made it known will be using the voucher to get told no we don't accept that. When confronting the manager was told a number of excuses, new staff, new machines all in all not taking ownership for there error or offering to fix.
Disappointed

My therapist Nice was amazing, she assessed my areas of tension and targeted them throughout the massage. I felt much better afterwards, and she talked me through what she was doing throughout the treatment. Next time I think I will go for a longer massage!

Thank you Nice, that was one of the best massages I have ever experienced, not only was the massage great I also learnt a lot about my body and the key areas I need to focus on in the future through stretching and movements! Can’t recommend more I wish I booked for 2 hours!

Booked for couple massage today 6: 30pm, combination and deep tissue. Came here because of the “good review” but I shouldn’t judge book by its cover. The massage was firm but the masseur didn’t really get it or understand the pain point of our body and not very impressed with the techniques. The people outside the massage room was very loud too, the staff has the right to keep the massage area quiet so we can relax because what is the point of massage when we can’t even enjoy or relax? I understand you have other services other than massage but we also have the right to fully enjoy our treatment. As a Thai person I expected a lot in Massage and I can say a staff called 'Nice' gave me the best massage so far in Melbourne. Environment of the shop is very clean!

So bad experience. After massage, My arm can not lift up and hurts all around my neck shoulders. Not professional. Make me feel sick. Need to see GP.
