I made a purchase over the phone, they were so helpful, the process was quick and easy. I ordered just before midday and the equipment was safely delivered to Sunbury Victoria that afternoon.

Terrible service, ordered scales on the 9/12/15 for my Mum for xmas, they informed me they would be in the following week. 3 days until xmas no scales, no courtesy call, now me the customer looks like the bad guy because I'm demanding answers.
