We where dealing with Roni Tager, what an amazing service, nothing too much for her, always there to help, give us advise, even very late at night, also, weekends

Will go to any lengths to keep your bond, up to and including inventing fictional damages out of thin air.

Great service until you 've signed on the dotted line then they disappear. Impossible to get an update or resp0onse from them. Terrible customer care. It's disappointing when people live up to being such a cliché.

I found Castran Gilbert to be fantastic on comms, quick email responses with accurate information. Dealing with them was the best of any rental agency I've had. Thanks!

This is a review of the service I have received from Castran Gilbert’s property manager, Gabby Mercuri, who I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with over the past 4-5 years. She was a great communicator, very assessable and always got things done when she said she would. Very refreshing to see, especially compared to some of the experiences I’ve had with property managers in the past.

Ella became our rental agent in June this year and in the first week of her role, had to take on a tremendously difficult issue with our tenant. She handled it with such professionalism, efficiency and understanding. We have continued to be impressed by her dedication, enthusiasm. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-caliber rental agent!

Disgraceful! I contacted Dimi Forytarz to potentially lease out our 2 investment properties. I left 3 messages and nothing. She didn't bother to return my calls. Pathetic!
We have no interest in dealing with this company ever again. Would give no stars if there was the option.

Bijan & Dimi were absolute professionals and very down to earth. They were insightful at every stage of the process and smooth operators.

As a renter, I often find agents won't provide you with the same level of service they might a purchaser. This certainly wasn't the case for me with CG and in particular Gabby Mercuri and her team. I couldn't be happier with the way in which my lease and exit was managed. Many thanks!

Being an interstate owner I was confronted only with hurdles of intermittent lockdowns; therefore unable to come to Victoria I had to rely heavily on my property manager: Dimitria Forytarz in order to revamp & re lease my flat during the pandemic! I wish I can give a lower rating, but I cannot. So the story goes as C&B are just a front end they will promise everything the builder / developer would and once you sign a contract [Off the plan] it is completely upto you to negotiate, challenge and fight to get what was promised, to me this is a horrible experience and usually you dont have any room to add any conditions.
So pls do your home work, thoroughly check everything because if you dont they wont and you will have to manage by yourself.

Excellent service from Castran and Gilbert. I bought an apartment off the plan back in 2018 through Castran and Gilbert. A easy buying experience and updates and settlement in Covid-19 were seamless.
This was purchased as a investment property. Support for the the initial rental was managed by Andrew Rowland and he did a flawless job. Found a great tenant in a very difficult time in Melbourne (lockdown).
The management of the rental since then has been excellent. Stress free rental management is a very good thing.
