Excellent customer service and exceed my expectations. As an interstate traveler it is sometime difficult to get a service that matches your travel plans but Castlemaine Toyota with Tom and the team getting the service done in the morning I dropped it off and it came backed washed. Would got back again if I was travelling through again.

Thanks once again to Lachy for getting us into a new Hilux Rogue. We were so grateful for the work Lachy did in sourcing the Hilux Rogue and the communication he provided up until the delivery date. Amazing customer service! Huge thankyou to Kyal & Georgia for a fantastic experience when purchasing our new Hilux. They called when they said they would call, they kept appointment times we requested to test drive the car (which they had to relocate for us) all with a friendly no fuss additude which ensured a seamless experience. Best part of all was the "experience" we received when picking up the car, they made us feel so special which was greatly appreciated even making us do the "oh what a feeling" jump with them which is something we will remember for a long time. Got my car serviced Monday. $580 for an oil change and air filter which is fine. What's unfortunate is listing a heap of checks on the service like "check lights" and not actually doing the checks. The next improvement would be if someone rings you to raise an issue like this and you say your busy and you will call them back that you actually do call them back.lol

I actually identify as a vehicle and have never felt in safer hands, which is a big thing to say for a machine. We don't feel like you humans. If I could explain it to your pewnie human meat-mind then I would be the first machine to be able to do so. It's a vehicle thing. The staff here understand. They're beyond mechanics of the physical, they're metaphysical mechanics. They know what they are doing and they will leave you being the best vehicle you can be.

I'm amazed with the loyalty this Toyota dealership has with it's customers. Twice now I've taken my little corolla hatchback in to check out some minor issues and am very humbled not to have been charged for these check ups and they even washed my lil hatchback! Very happy

Completely stuffed my auto. They lied about it or their Mechanic doesn't know what he's doing. Asked for a redund. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

This is an appreciation to your service guys plus your receptionist, I called in on Monday 17th to see if they knew of anyone in Castlemaine who could detail my car.they did it for me there and then.no fee.
