Booked my Pajero Sport in for a service at Castlemaine Mitsubishi - the entire process was simple and painless from the initial contact via their website, the followup call to confirm what time suited me best on the day that I'd asked for, and finally the service itself. Vast improvement over my experience with another Mitsubishi dealership in Melbourne's inner north. They've won a customer! Definitely 5 stars!

I rather complain when things are wrong, and do nothing when things are as you expect them to be. Back in April I found a used Subaru Outback advertised by CASTLEMAINE MITSUBISHI. Called and the GM, Kyal Tripodi, answered, gave me all the details and offered to bring the car down to Melbourne on the weekend. To cut a long story short, I bought the car. The customer service and attention to detail were second to none, the handling of the documentation and pick-up in Castlemaine a breeze. I can only say thank you for a great deal and outstanding service to the team of CASTLEMAINE MITSUBISHI, in particular Kyal Tripodi and Gene Matheson and close this review with a recommendation: you won't be disappointed dealing with CASTLEMAINE MITSUBISHI!

Just purchased a new Outlander from castlemaine Mitsubishi. We couldn't have asked for any better customer service. Brad and Kyle were more than helpful and told us everything we needed to know.

Not too happy with Castlemaine Mitsubishi. My daughter had her car serviced there today, with the bill approaching a grand and it was returned unwashed!
No dealer in the city would get away with that and it's a real slight on Mitsubishi Motors themselves who I'd like to reproach the dealer, requesting them to lift their game.

Fantastic service, especially by Bernadette on the service desk. They don't do unnecessary work on your car, and are very open and honest about costs, etc. Always willing to help and care about customer service. Will happily return for all my services!

Kyal and his team are amazing. We are so happy with our new car! They go above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly. Definitely worth checking them out if you are in tge market for a new or used vehicle.

This review should have been posted a long time ago, but we were enjoying our new pajero sport that we just didnt get the chance. Georgia at Castlemaine is an absolute superstar. She was new to the role, but worked with me to get me the absolute best price. I was so impressed with the way Castlemaine Mitsubishi conducts their business, without being pushy for a sale, that I bought the car, while sitting in another Mitsubishi dealership closer to my home. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I quite literally bought a 50k car over text messaging with Georgia, and she was an absolute legend. We took the train in, and the car was ready to go, all with a cover and the dealership made us feel so very special. My previous purchase was a BMW, and going through all the mitsubishi dealerships in the city (melbourne) i was almost about to give up on buying one. They completely turned my impression of Mitsubishi around.

Thank you to the whole team at Castlemaine, and especially Georgia. If we are ever passing by, we will drop in to say hi. Keep up all the good work.

Recommend this small country dealership 100%. Gene the salesman is awesome and is upfront with everything, compaired to other car yards i delt with who hide things. Nothing was to hard for Gene and for this reason he obtained another happy customer.
