Casita Coffee reviews
16I would've given them zero star if I could, terrible attitude and service.the girl at the counter looks like I owe her money when I ordered my coffee.and the old lady did not even care when I asked her how long would my coffee take after I have been waiting for 10 mins. I ended up cancel the order and get the money back as they did not even care how you feel.if you are busy, you can tell me kindly as the other coffee shop did and I would have no problem.
The staff are always stressed and not a smile. There is always something wrong either the shop downstairs is something wrong so a bit of extra customers lvl 1 shop is stressed for 4 or 5 customers. So they stop giving coffee in cups for sitting in the shop. Today classic diswasher is broken. Why do they have dine in if they do not want to serve proper coffee cups. It would also help if the staff smile and look happy.
Worst coffee.definitely not worth for $4.50. I felt 7/11 coffee is better than this.the old lady is rude n very weird and disrespectful… better to avoid this place
Dined in for coffee with friends. My friend's child has spilled the water on the floor, so we were told to put some tissues and clean the floor. We wiped the floor and the lady was very rude while we were eating telling us that the floor is still wet and might put the other people in danger (in a very rude manner) If they have provided us with mop, we are happy to clean their floor!
Fabulous coffee and the best toasted sandwich I have ever had! You can really tell when they use fresh, top quality ingredients. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. We will definitely be back)
I will always drop by when I am in Ikea. They make the best coffee in this centre. Today I am trying their Snitzy sandwich and it didn’t disappoint.
Great customer service. Keep up the good work.
Nice place to get coffee or a quick bite amidst the furniture stores. Very good option to Ikea's Cafe! The owner has a lovely bubbly personality - can put a smile on anyone's face
We visited this cafe today around 4PM and purchased a tandoori chicken pie, spinach roll and 2 x cookies. The others were ok but the tandoori chicken pie left a bad taste in the mouth - literally. The chicken seemed dark/off and was definitely not what anyone would call tandoori chicken. Judge for yourselves from the picture. Definitely not buying a pie from here again.
Update (21/04/21) : I am impressed by the owner acknowledging and apologizing for the mistake and having the right intent to refund if the customer is not happy. Although I won't be pursing a refund, I am increasing the star rating based on the owner's response. Also have to mention that the person serving at the counter on the day seemed nice.
These guys make the best coffee. We come here every time we visit the home maker centre to have coffee and enjoy great service and coffee every single time
I have been here many times to order hands down the best coffee ever! An awesome roast that is strong without the bitter burnt taste. I often go to order a coffee and a chicken toasty. The chicken toasty is also amazing. It has celery in it which normally I cant stand but some how this cafe made a picky B* like me happy and like celery.
The staff are also incredibly friendly! Thank you for your amazing service. I cant wait to come back.:)
When I am defeated by Ikea but will not surrender my dignity to a meatball lunch, I remember Casita Coffee on lvl2 near Harvey Norman. Nice coffee and excellent food, the Ruben is my favourite!
Service was excelent! Both coffee and the food were great, highly recomend this cozy spot to anyone looking for delicious coffee!
Excellent cafe in IKEA and Harvey Norman Springvale. Tried coffee, tandoori chicken pie and spinach feta role loved everything. Tried Tandoori Pie first time in melbourne really awesome
We can’t fault it. Really lovely coffee. Rich and delicious. Excellent Reuben toastie and anti pasto toastie too. Beautifully made with lovely ingredients. The service from both the female and male servers was terrific as well. Polite and really efficient. It’s a little hidden gem here. You can’t ask for any more. Recommended.
Really nice blend of beans on their coffee - well worth the walk (a little further than the other coffee shop in the centre) - a great experience
Nice little cafe at the homemaker centre, freshly toasted sandwiches, cakes and of course coffee, perfect pick me up after a hard day of shopping.
