A few Saturdays ago, I was stranded with a flat battery and recalled that I saw a digital Jump Starter on the shelf a few days before. I was willing to buy it but it was gone. The perceptive Store Mgr, Darren I think his name was, asked me if I really wanted to purchase it or just start my engine.

My honesty paid off as he walked with me to my vehicle and allowed me to use an alternative digital Jump Starter, FOC.

Cash n go was a good system but now it seems that it is run by one person and it dont matter how loyal of a customer you are be aware if this staff member has an issue with you you will never get application approve oh and they seem to lose your id as well

Awesome place to Shop for items and even better when I am looking at getting some extra cash and want to sell or loan my items.

Even in this very hard time with Covid-19 the staff here are going above and beyond to ensure an amazing in store experience. They do have the door locked at this present time, but all I had to do was ring the bell and in no time was let into the shop. I enjoy this experience as their are limited customers in the store which ensures safe social distancing, they also sanitize and clean everything before letting the next customer in. Masks are still mandatory in the shop but it is such a better experience then being crammed in a shop with a huge amount of people.

I am very satisfied with the fantastic customer service. A million times better than Cash Converters with pricing, quality, cleanliness, respect and absolutely everything. In August I went back for the first time in about 4.5yrs and 2 of the current staff were still there and they even remembered who i was after so many years. Best place to buy, sell and loan

As a shopper, I generally think the prices are better here than Cash Converters across the street. Staff are a lot friendlier too.

I've been going to cash & go since day 1 of the doors opening I think even before the doors open. I love this place 10 times over cashies the service is the best the prices are even better and the faces of everyone that walk out are even better. You can always ask for a little of the price but ppl plz keep in mind that it's a business & they have over heads & staff to pay so don't ask for half the price of the marked price on the sticker.
