YOU HAVE ANSWERED OTHERS MORE RECENT THAN MINE, SCARED OF FACTUAL NEGATIVE REVIEWS?
After being sick with COVID, I took several gold coins to C4G in Richmond. I was still feeling very unwell so didn't stop to do the maths myself but the following day when I did do the maths, I had been underpaid by almost $1300 (it was around $6000 worth of coins I sold).
They did not provide an itemised receipt, in fact they never even told me a breakdown of what they were paying for each coin, they just gave me a total and when they were done they told me I couldn't have cash, I would have to wait until 4pm for an OSKO payment or take a cash cheque. I opted for the cheque, which upon arrival at the bank had been made out to account payee only so had to go back and have it written out correctly then back to the bank. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK & RECOMMEND YOU DON'T RISK SELLING YOUR GOLD HERE EITHER.
I'm sure the staff will recognise my name & I challenge them to refute my claim. It is all true & would say the same under oath.

As for the guy with the bad review which looked more like a thesis. He should of dealt with a pawnbroker then he would of really known the true meaning of being ripped off. I am with you, don't complain. If u don't like something don't agree to it.
