Not wheelchair accessible except for the online store. Used to be directly across the road where the door had a ramp and my wheelchair could get in but how it has a diagonal cut curb so it’s impossible to safely use my own ramp

They were good back in the day. Around 10 years ago, when DVDs were still the 'norm' and accepted as a trade in for cash. I went in there a few years ago begging for a small loan with a stack DVDs I had (plus some jewellery) and they just turned me away. Really disappointing that they don't want to help out struggling people and students, even though I can pay them back.
