I wouldn’t go there again! I went to see 24k gold, and they asked me for security and asked me to leave my phone on counter! Myself I work in luxurious brand ie. Gucci, Lv … and they are not allowed to ask you for any security, I was doing deliveries and I had helmet on my head, they are judging! I rather go to actual Gucci and pandora shop rather than here!

I can clearly see that they don't even look at they're What's It Worth emails properly. They then try to buy items at $1 which they would be successfully able to sell for $90

Not bad store but employees need to stop assuming stuff they don't know anything about is just low end stuff straight away.

Offering $5 for a laminator I originally paid $300 for is just insulting, same goes for an enterprise network switch I bought for $400+.

I had a very good experience here, purchasing an LED floodlight in as-new condition. The stock is well displayed and seems extensive. Wassim was friendly and knowledgeable. He very helpfully topped up the charge on my watch when I said that I had lost my charger. I will return to this store for further purchases.

I sent a message to ask about a product advertised on gumtree early Saturday morning. Got a response at 9.31 saying yes available. I replied great please hold until noon I'll be in store to grab.a wee bit after 10 got a message saying no longer available. I called the store was told customer who sold it to them walked in at 10am when opened and bought back. Absolute garbage.these guys are not only loan sharks but infact just blatant liars. I'd be checking any jewellery with a 'professional jeweller' too wouldn't be surprised if they stamp their own.unethical parasites!

Cash Conv Collingwood is a joke. They offered me 5% of what my goods were worth! I am not coming back here again nor are any of my friends.

DO NOT buy any electrical product here. It's more often than not faulty and time consuming in obtaining a refund. Just purchase a new a product which works first time without any hassle.

I have been shopping here for several years & I have had a few loans. The guys & girls here have been really friendly & helpful. I was able to pay an outstanding balance I had from another store, within this store, which was really convenient! I have always been treated fairly by staff here and will continue to visit.

My partner has been a frequent shopper there for years and on Sunday 20/12/2020, he went in to purchase an item we had seen on the internet and was treated like a second class citizen by the young guy behind the counter, my partner was spoken down to and given no customer service or help my partner left the shop to go elsewhere and as he was leaving he turned around and the sales assistant was sprung waving him goodbye behind his back.disgraceful and disgusting behaviour.

Can be good you have to be interested in items that they have a excess. There buying policy is 200 % increase on the brought item so how that could possibly be your best opportunity means then you must rate convenient to your location as your primary focus. Because if your buying a item that they acquired at the cheaper price means it's a possibility that you may also be able to achieve similarly. They put themselves out there and are experts at negotiating with people without any true sales training or presence in a negotiation situation they are able to stand there ground comfortably without guilt in this situation and clinically achieve the result without any human remorse or soften there standing very similar to watching a tiger hunt and kill any signs of weakness with these negotiations I would suggest that you would not be able to morally live with your conscience working at this location. You have to acknowledge the organization clearly has a very impressive business model to be able to have staff that can carry out the set objective to achieve these results of such high commission. I would hope that the staff are well paid for this.

One of the larger inner city CC I’ve been to. They have a large selection of tools and a larger than normal photo section, most of which look like they’ve fallen off the back of some one ute. Their prices however are higher than normal: Zelda breath of the wild going for same price as new, don’t come here looking for a deal.

Friendly but you can tell the homeless or low income people get favoured over average middle class high income earners. Received a brand new watch Timothy stone worth just over $100 was going to get $4.00, a junkie in the street brings in a TV gets $400.00 looks like already second hand condition. Oh well
